Long long long waiting time. Tellers work very slow. U can tell some of them are working slow for service less customers. Never add more tellers/employees to help when customers lined up

Closing my account after a few terrible visits at this location and long telephone trees to report fraud on my cards.

Terrible customer service, waited in line for close to 30 minutes only to have the teller say that they couldn't provide the requested service from that "terminal" and would have to go wait for another person to help from another computer. Rude and smug kid should not be interfacing with clientele

Really incompetent office. No one here knew how to process a Canadian check. Manager was clueless, employees were clueless, shift lead and supervisor all didn't know what to do. Spent 20 minutes staring at a completely valid check and doing nothing. Unbelievable that employees these days don't know how to manage simple tasks.

Need ask for a letterhead with banker signature in BofA today. The manager is very arrogant and told me: "nobody here will sign anything." that is how you treat customer, BofA. How you can trust those people the manage your money? I will simply close my account next time.

teller has very limited permissions, and hard to make appointments to get what you need. Avoid going to the branch!Follow up: never open any credit card with them! You will find adding to Apple pay need you to call, and then call center said they cannot send sms code to your phone to verify, so you have to go to a financial branch again! And you cannot get any appointment in the next few days! I wish there is 0 star in the review!

Do not come to this location for foreign currency transactions.I came at 12:30 pm today and waited in line for the bank teller, only for the bank teller to tell me that the lady who is responsible for foreign currency transactions is on lunch break and that I have to wait for half an hour before she shows up.I decided to wait in the lobby area. After about half an hour, another employee comes up to me and tells me that I can wait in a separate line and that the lady will come in a few minutes. I ended up waiting another 20 mins in that separate line and this lady still does not show up.In addition, they started using her booth since the main line for the bank tellers started becoming too long, so other customers from the main line started cutting in front of me.Keep in mind it's already 1:30 pm at this point in time and it says on their front door that they close at 2 pm on Saturdays. Absolutely ridiculous they don't have someone working for foreign currency transactions near the end of their closing time!Never going to this Bank of America location ever again.

Staff routinely falls short of the low standard set by other branches in the South Bay Area. You get the strong impression tellers care more about dressing up and looking cute than performing a customer facing role.I came here on Saturday May 27 in the early afternoon. On that day there were surprisingly no customers in line. I walked up to the teller booth where two tellers were audibly gossiping/flirting about non work matters. I walk up to the first teller and while I am reading the sign that says "See next teller" the teller sharply tells me "Please wait in line, we'll call you up." Her conversation partner immediately invited me to his window, at least knowing their manners and probably aware that they were very visibly not busy doing any bank administrative tasks that would actually justify asking a customer to wait. I asked to swap $20 for quarters and he told me they were out of quarters and before I could say anything immediately got defensive that they had been giving out quarters all morning. I asked him if there was any way to tell if another local branch had quarters and he advised me to go to Wells Fargo "because they send their customers here all the time." I asked him didn't I need an account to withdraw quarters at Wells Fargo and he said no.I didn't bother trying Wells Fargo because I do no business with them. Instead I went to the BofA branch in Milpitas who had quarters. Out of curiousity I asked the teller there and they confirmed that BofA requires proof of checking account ownership to exchange quarters. It felt like I had been lied to by the teller at this Sunnyvale branch about the Wells Fargo customers even though I asked for no such explanation.I don't understand in general why tellers at any branch can be so aggressive about quarters. I feel like they think that people are vagrants or something when they ask for coins. I live in a nice apartment in Sunnyvale that has coin op laundry and no method of cash exchange, I have few guaranteed options besides the bank to obtain quarters I need to be clean. I get it if they run out but I wish they would be more respectful to their customers.

Very rude cashier I ever seen in all over the branches. His name is sarat. I wonder how did he got this job, which is irrelevant to his attitude. Very worst customer service.
