My car bumper paint got scraped off while putting the car in garage. I got an appointment at body estimation in 3 days. Ernesto, my estimator took a look at my car and painted it in just 10 Minutes. It's crazy fast service and I was genuinely surprised with that fast service. I'd definitely save B2 as my go to auto body shop.

Wonderful experience! I had a minor scratch on my driver side rear passenger door. I can’t remember the guys name that helped me, he went above and beyond to buff it out free of charge. Definitely recommend this auto body shop to future costumers.

Unbelievable experience! After a week of getting estimates on my car paint damage, I received 1800$ 1600$ from other high star shops in Sunnyvale and some 700$ quotes from more industrial shops. BUT, today, I brought my car to Victor's B2 Perfection auto body shop to get an estimate for the same paint damage. After inspecting the car, Victor surprised me with a totally amazing fix!! to my surprise, he did it for free! (Where others quoted almost 2000$) The results are incredible — my car looks brand new again. Victor’s honesty and professionalism really stood out, and I’m incredibly grateful for his generosity. If you're looking for a trustworthy and skilled auto body repair shop, I highly recommend Victor's! He genuinely cares about his customers and their vehicles! I am just so happy and appreciative that good and honest people like Victor and his team exist! Please support this shop ♥️

Definitely a horrible experience.
I sent the car out to have the rear repaired. It took months. However, during the repair the windshield was broken for some unknown reason and I was told that I needed to submit another repair case and they would notify me when the replacement was completed. I never received that notification. After weeks of waiting and writing multiple emails without response, I ran out of patience and visited the body shop. I was told that due to relationships with some windshield suppliers, they were unable to accept my insurance.
This arrogance and irresponsibility surprised me. At least they should have told me earlier if the insurance wouldn't be accepted. However, they chose to remain silent until I visited in person.
I then went to another body shop to replace the windshield which took less than a week.

Appointment only. Book an appointment for an estimation to save yourself a trip!
They are very busy for a reason. They have done a good job for years and now their phone is constantly ringing.
My experience has been very positive, they fixed my problem in 15mins that another place quoted at a ridiculous price. Highly recommended.

Very happy with the service provided. The estimator did a thorough job and returned my car in great shape. Pricing was transparent, too. My only small complaint is that after receiving the estimation, I didn't hear back from B2 Perfection for around a month -- even though it was estimated that parts would arrive and work would begin within 2 weeks. Delays happen, but it would have been nice to get a text message update just acknowledging the delay. I actually thought my case was somehow lost because when I called to follow up, it took them a while to find my estimate (because it was from Tesla insurance). But once we got past this hiccup, I have nothing but good things to say about the professionalism of Victor (my estimator) and the rest of the team. Thanks for the nice work!

Came here to have my Tesla repaired after someone T-boned it. The shop was actually recommend by the local Tesla service centers and worked with my insurance. I am so happy I did. The car looks good as new and the work was completed ahead of schedule. I worked with Ernesto and he was absolutely fantastic! They were on top of all communications and gave regular updates via text. I never had to wonder what was going on with the car. If any of my cars ever need body work done I know B2 would be my first choice. Thanks!

Got terrible scratches (large in area but no deep dent) on my tesla model 3 rear bumper and trunk. The repair got delayed by 2 days than original estimate but I was provided timely heads up so it was no big issue. It was fixed and cleaned up and feel brand new again. Very happy with the result.

i can see why this is such a sought after service shop! It took a while to get an appointment for an estimate on my Model S, but after that it was smooth sailing. I've had the experience of dealing with B2Perfection and Victor in the past and it has been perfect. This time too it was no different. The experience of them coordinating the entire repair process right from getting an Uber ride, arranging a rental to working with other shops is seamless and satisfying. So is the quality of work. Thanks God for B2Perfection being a Tesla authorized body shop.
