I’ve been a customer for five years now and I highly recommend BT for home office furniture. Their used standing desk selection is great, the prices reasonable and their delivery staff are friendly and very well versed on moving and setting up desks. This is definately the place to go to!

This place is crazily overpriced. Everything in there seem like it was 2 to 3 times as much as it should've been. $300 for a used computer chair? I even saw a bench for $200 and I bought the whole table set with bench for $150 before. Big waste of time coming here

BT Express has the best selection of office furniture that I have came across with great customer service! The staff were amazing I would definitely recommend coming here and going to them for help or any questions you may have. This is the third office I'm opening up and I'm already planning my next visit!

They treat female customers like shit. I went there this afternoon to get a couple of chairs which don't have arms. There were no other customers when I went and I gave a clear outline of what I wanted to the sales person. The sales person told me that they had a few options - though these were difficult to sell. They then showed me the area where the chairs were and asked me to look around and went back to their desk - clearly disinterested in making a sale. No showing around, no asking what I wanted, no suggesting options, no picking the chairs up from the stack. Just told me that they are out there, find out for yourself. I still looked around - I had come that far and wanted to see if I could find the chair I wanted to purchase. As I was looking around, another customer (a man) came in and said they wanted to pick up a few chairs. The sales person followed them along like a puppy, asking questions, showing them various options. They had questions for the salesguy and were asking for options and he was eagerly answering them suggesting different options which might work, picking up chairs from the stack to show them and so on. By this point, I had found a chair that might work - but I had a few questions about it and wanted to ask about the price & delivery for 2 such chairs. I called the sales person, who said they'd be right with me and followed the other customer around jotting down details they mentioned. The other customer instead told him that they had several items they needed to factor in and it'd be better to help me out first which would give them some time to look around - he ignored this suggestion and kept attending to them. After several minutes, the sales guy was still ignoring me and attending to the other customer - to the point where they felt awkward and told the guy that he should probably go help me out first. This was the 2nd time they suggested he should go help me. The sales guy still didn't seem to care - telling them he wanted to make sure he noted down all the details of things they wanted. At that point, I decided to walk out and purchase the chair elsewhere (which I did - for 50% less!) . Their selection is severely overpriced and I found that the way they 'display' the chairs doesn't make it easy to even see them - let alone sit on one and see if it works. Shop at this place only if you are a misogynist or are fond of sales people who ignore you.

I'm in the process of furnishing an corporate office for the first time, and everyone at BT Express has been beyond helpful. I've gotten great information on brands as well as fantastic delivery and set up service. They even stayed a few minutes late when I got caught in traffic on the way over and helped me load up my car when I arrived! I've been calling at least three times a week for the past two weeks or so, and I've been immediately answered every time. The service has been outstanding, and the prices are very reasonable. I'm incredibly impressed-- they've made the whole moving-in experience very easy.

I have purchased office furniture from BT Express several times over the years, including recently. Yesterday, Arceli proved once again how valuable she is. Not only has she patiently helped me pick out exactly what I've needed, yesterday -- when my electric standing desk wasn't cooperating, with an error code I didn't understand -- she kindly and immediately sent her technician who happened to be making a delivery near my out-of-area office! Now that's the kind of customer service we can usually only dream of these days! Brava to this women-owned business doing a terrific job! I recommend it without hesitation to anyone with small or large office furnishing needs.

Selection is good. They have both new and used office furnitures. Huge inventory of fire proof metal file cabinets, office tables, chairs and desks. Most desks are stacked on top of one another, so hard to examine. Prices are expensive, though.

Needed an ergonomic office chair and wanted to find a place where I could sit on a bunch of them before deciding. I knew I wanted to check out the Herman Miller Aeron, Mirra, Embody and the Steelcase Leap V2. Ended up buying a clean Leap for $375. Selection is decent and staff are friendly. They even helped me carry the chair out to my car. Warehouse is an industrial area and they also carry tons of other office furniture - stand up desks, task chairs, tables etc.

I've been watching a lot of videos on ergonomic office chairs and the Steelcase Leap V2 and Herman Miller Aeron seemed to be the most popular. I wasn't sure which I would like better in person so we drove 45 minutes to check some stores in San Jose. This was one of the few open on Saturday so we stopped in. We checked one other store that was really gross before coming to BT, so this was literally a breath of fresh air! Very clean, lots of chairs. It's funny how each individual chair feels so different even in the same make and model (maybe years or wear make the difference?). I'm glad I decided to come see in person and not order online. I selected a Steelcase Leap V2 for $400 and my partner got a Steelcase Amia for $600. Good deals, especially since they were clean and very gently used. One thing to be aware of is that they do not offer any warranty or returns.

Extremely great customer service. Highest possible recommendation for you to go here to buy your chairs and office supplies. Had a really positive experience with my chair buy and the people were very kind and accommodating. Prices are also reasonable.

My wife and I are furnishing a new professional office . Lisa and her team were very helpful in assisting us in picking out everything we needed. From our waiting room to main office tables and chairs as well as a great sofa! Truly pleasure doing business with BT Express. Warehouse team was great in helping us load furniture into our truck as well!

Bought a Workrite Sierra HX table and a Steel case leap v2 chair. They are in pretty good shape, really happy with the purchase.They are really helpful. We need to carry those up to 2nd floor using stairs. They help me disassemble the table legs per our request to reduce weight that we have to carry up stair. Thanks Sergio who works on it and of course manager that allow him to spend time on this.
