The employee named Chris was very rude and didn't seem to care to return accessories, and a phone that I purchased from AT&T. Do not come to this location since the employees don't care to help.

If you're trying to do something with AT&T, this is the place to do it; the staff here are phenomenal. I had been getting nowhere with AT&T support after a botched online plan activation, finally just went here and Jesse was super patient and got it sorted out.

Darvin was really helpful in getting me a new line and setting up my phone. The entire process took about 30 minutes and he was really patient and help me throughout the process. Highly recommend this store

Great customer service if tbeir phone signal was stronger in Sunnyvale, the heart of Silicon Valley it would be even better but, half a bar is disappointing.

It’s my 3rd time at this store. First 2 times I have to bag for help to set up devices I bought from the store itself while they push to sale internet and tv. Today I bought my son a new watch and was having them help me set up with the backup from his previous lost watch. Once I insisted on not purchasing the fiber products they stopped helping and Chris set on his chair and would not help me. Terrible services.

WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I tried calling them. An automated machine picked up. And could not understand my problem. It wouldn't let me speak to a person. This was the most useless robot I have ever interacted with.

I am not happy with your store on McKinley St n Sunnyvale. It took forever to delete my late husband and his number. Had to create a new account. Was not given information about the account number. Now I cannot use cellular data, so my phone is useless, including GPS when I. am not connected to my wireless or a wireless at a store. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Very unprofessional behavior when I went to get a new AT&T Prepaid SIM Card. This guy literally walked off from the table while I was asking him a question.. Then he was standing outside the door for 5 minutes until I gave up and left the store. The moment I exited the store, he re-entered.Worst AT&T Store ever.

Came here today at 6:30pm to get help unlock my phone. We are trying to fix the issue over the phone but AT&T support weren’t able to unlocked so he asked me to bring it to a nearest location to verify my identity and unlock it. When we got to this location, the guy who was in store didn’t even greet us. When I told him the reason why I was there, he told me that he can’t help me and to go the website and unlock it myself. I sat on the corner and tried going to the website and fix it and I kept getting an error. I walked up to him and showed the error. He seems annoyed and told me that I need to contact customer service. I drove there for 20 minutes just to get helped since the customer support couldn’t help and advised me to bring it to the A&TT store. I am very disappointed and upset. I left and give up. I also work in the customer service and I never ever ever push away customer. Even if you do not know how to resolve the issue at least try to help that person. I’ve been with A&TT for 20 yrs and I never received this service.

Expect to be locked out of this store. My wife visited on a weekend afternoon and found herself behind locked doors while the store attendants just chatted and pretended no one was there. She had to slam on the door to get in, and the two attendants verbally insulted her and blamed her for disrupting their lunch schedule. (The two attendants claimed to go to lunch from 2pm to 3:30pm, together). The representative did not solve her problem after a brief look, and turned her away without any advice or apology. They also threatened her when she attempts to take name cards of their supervisor.

I had a great experience coming into the store. The rep Aman was professional and knowledgeable, and explained the best options for me. I signed up for the plan that best suits my needs.
