One of the best communities we lived in. No complaints at all. We like the apartments very much. Management (Senada & Helga) are capable of handling all the things. Kudos to both of them.

One of the best communities in Sunnyvale. Leasing office (Senada and Helga) are very friendly and helpful. We lived in an apartment in the community for 5 years and never felt like moving out.We faced minor issues like clogged drain, dish washer issues but resolved on the same day.Well maintained pool, Gym, Ample parking, close to almost all the stores, nice schools and friendly neighbors are the positive things.Summer evenings are bit noisy with kids playing around but I noticed management put lot of efforts to keep the noise lower.Only downside I experienced is the shared laundry. It would have been nice if laundry is available in the unit.Still, This is one of the best communities to live in especially for first time renters.

Very old building. Noise all the time because of very thin walls and constant construction & repair work. It’s worse than living next by a train station.Property managers overstep their boundaries all the time and try to get into your personal affairs.❌Do not sign a lease.

I'm current resident in Apricot Pit Apartments for the last 6 years and it's very peaceful. Good community and simply superb for family with kids. Maintenance is excellent. Property Manager Senada and Asst Property Manager Helga is awesome and very supportive. I highly recommend for anyone who wish to move in here. In fact I myself have recommended Apricot Pit Apartments for several of my friends and all are happily living here. Good Luck.

I moved in with my boyfriend in May. So far this has been a really great place to live! It's a friendly community, and there are just good vibes all around. The amenities are a huge plus! I haven't used the gym yet, but I do go to the pool and hot tub often. I also love how beautiful the apartment looks! Granite counter top, walk-in closet, bathtub, balcony, dishwasher and oven! All the qualities in a place that I love, plus it's hard to find these basic amenities in a place anymore without it being super expensive. We got a great deal on a 15 month lease, and I'm so happy that we ended up moving in here. There are occasionally kids running around in the halls, but it's not too noisy. Just a second of them going by and that's it. I personally find it more like home. You do hear footsteps when people walk around, but I don't think it's too noisy or anything. Thank you Helga for being a great landlord!

They don't tell you you need to pay a deposit ahead of time to hold an apartment like who does that.

Good apartments and communityManagement is really good ,Specially Manager Senada if you make complaint about anything respond time is quick and she handles things really well .Only concern is laundry room washers are usually dirty and lot of dryers are faulty or out of order.

Leasing office are nice people and the remodeled apt was pretty nice. The 1b1b is basically a studio with an additional sliding door. Maintenance was quick on fixing things. When I moved out, they only charged me the cleaning fee which was already mentioned when I signed the lease. The walls are not soundproof and there's kids screaming at the lawn during the day, which I don't mind but if you're someone that needs a quiet place, you may want to put this into consideration. My only 2 concerns are 1) there's no in-unit washer and dryer option and 2) the price was a bit high during Covid. Overall, nice apartment with good people!

This is very small and pricy($2250/month+Utilities+Elec.) which they named Junior BR. Even it seems smaller than a Studio apartment. For IT people no option WFH with kids. You can find a better place with huge space and less rent including all utilities nearby this apartment. 2. Laundry is very dirty and always you will see most of the dryers are out of order and you will know about this only when you spend your 3-4 hours and all laundry card's money. No notice paste over there.3. Move-out cost for 6 months lease is very high even you cleaned your apartment a lot. They always search something to charge you so be ready and good luck.4. Maintenance is good and fast.

Lived there for six years. Nice place in Sunnyvale. The one issue is noise and rowdy kids. They run at all times of the day in the corridors and make living a bit harder. And this is a small India and they trash the laundry room often and break the machines by overloading. Excellent parking options. I love this place but for the kids and the noise.

The roofs creek and you can hear everything (even people walking at home) that is going on around above and below you. Heavy cooking odor, young urchins running around and yelling at all time of the day in the corridor is a nightmare. The building manager just doesn't care about the residents and you have no where to find her. I strongly recommend people who want to stay in a quiet place skipping this community.

Incapacitate Building Manager & Constant Noise The roofs creek and you can hear everything that is going on around above and below you. Even when residents walking around home. Young urchins running around and yelling at all time of the day in the corridor is a nightmare. The management has no control over this. If you want a quiet place to leave, look elsewhere
