They updated a tired '80s kitchen and made it beautiful and modern.Caroline took the lead on design and after a few iterations, we got on the same page. When it finally came time for demo and construction, I got to meet Ellen and Marc. Anytime I had a question, Ellen responded with alacrity and thoroughness. Marc and the rest of the crew were great craftsmen, professional, and polite. (Marc's also got a good sense of humor. I caught Marc singing a Backstreet Boys song one day and had a good laugh with him. Ask him to sing for you.) The crew was timely in their arrivals and always left things tidy at the end of the day.That's not to say that everything in the process was smooth--there were puzzling miscommunications from time to time and minor details to fix toward the end. But, considering some horror stories I've heard from others, these small frustrations pale in comparison.”

“We worked with Lilian Tu at airport appliances for purchasing all the appliances for our kitchen remodel. Their showroom is really nice for luxury brands and can see most of the items in person before placing the order. We ended up purchasing Thermador refrigerator (+ free dishwasher), Monogram rangetop and hood, Monogram wall oven combo. Lilian did a good job of letting us know of all the discounts and deals we can avail from the manufacturers which helped us in our decision making. She stayed in touch with us through all the hiccups and followed through till the end. The minus one star is for the company delivering us a visually damaged dishwasher, which we had to send back and get another one. Also, the speed oven took around 4 weeks more than the estimated date which delayed our kitchen completion. But, I do appreciate Lilian finding the opportunity to order a newer model of the speed oven and that came without any issues. Overall, I wouldn't mind working with Lilian and airport appliances again in future.”

“I was greeted by an older gentleman by the name of Bob. He asked me what I was coming in for and he walked me through exactly what I needed and options on how to do it. Meeting Bob was the highlight of my week , not only day. He was so nice and genuine, you could tell that helping other people brings joy to Bob and being helped by Bob has brought joy to my life. God bless him, the store is good at keeping items in stock and the other employees always seem happy as well. Hopefully this review pays off and others visit thanks to how Bob helped me. Bob in lumber is the man!”

“I've Been going to A Vacuum and Sewing Hospital For over 45 years with either our Vacuum or Sewing Machine. They are Very Professional and Very Friendy Steve & Alex have always figured out the problem, fully serviced and replace the parts and had it running perfectly in a day or two. Can't say enough about them, Kept up the Good Work.”

“My visit to purchase an evaporative cooler for my room was very pleasant. I stopped twice to get aile directions from employees, and they both paused what they were doing to help me out. In addition, the items that I found online were indeed in stock.
To top it all off, when I went to the register to pay, I was about to approach the returns counter to check out but turned to head the other way. One of the cashiers asked me if I she could help ring me up at one of the returns' counters. ?”

Regardless whether they have the item in stock or not, they make it happen by finding something comparable or get the item requested on order.”
“Today I discovered that the best time to make returns is early in the morning, but the parking lot is very crowded with trucks. The staff is always friendly, except for the cashier who overcharged me today. She was not very humorous and looked unhappy. Apart from that, I have never had any issues here. I often visit and browse, but rarely buy anything. I once got a Christmas tree from the floor for only $20 and it was nice. This is a typical HD store, busy in the morning with people getting their supplies for the day.”
