“Manager Justin is nice and highly responsible at work with a positive & sincere attitude. She addressed the plumbing issue at my unit even on the weekend (she coordinated with the plumber and got it fixed though it was not a working day). She is so friendly with children & my daughter likes her very much as she always wishes her with a smile & shows a kind of affection. Also, she greets us nicely with the most positive attitude whenever we see her in the Miramar premises. We noticed that Her plans look good with respect to improvements at Miramar (Gym, taking care of timely tree cutting, cleaning, addressing car parking lots' lights fixes, plan of replacing old stuff in old units to make tenants comfortable, etc.). Compared to earlier management, the current manager's working style looks good. We feel she is giving her best to Miramar in her possible limits. We sincerely appreciate her working style. Keep going!!”

“Leasing team is amazing and the apartments are pretty nice for being built in 1991. Current renovations include the installation of vinyl flooring. And a soon to come clubhouse! They already have a lot of amenities and still adding more”

He helped us fixed on our unit broken A/C which didn’t be fixed by the previous 3rd party.He is really friendly. He knows we have a baby at home, and he will make sure to wear shoe covers before entering. We’re really appreciated Victor’s extra care.”

“Very beautiful community. Everyone here is nice people don’t leave their dog feces on the floor. It’s a very clean place. Maintenance is always on site. It’s a safe area to raise your family, it’s a secured gated place it’s near the 49er stadium, which is also pretty cool. There’s a lot of great food near this location. If I can give it 100 stars I would oh and by the way the Office team is extremely nice and catering to your needs. I went across the street to go be nosy and their apartment is way small. This was a great fit for my family. The gym is 24 hours and its kept clean. The rent is extremely reasonable for the high-end area We are in.”

The apartment layout was perfect for my needs, and the high-quality finishes made it feel like home right away. The amenities were top-notch, especially the fitness center and swimming pool, which I used regularly to stay active. The management team was incredibly responsive and always went above and beyond to ensure that everything was running smoothly. The location was also unbeatable, with easy access to major tech companies and plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. Overall, my time at Savoy Apartments was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for upscale living in Sunnyvale.”
“It's been a generally pleasant experience living here, and especially now after the renovations and the change in management that took place last year.The gym/lounge have been refreshed, the pool areas are seeing better upkeep, and the elevators, which at one point previously were down for months at a time, have only seen 1-2 days of downtime since the management change. Both the front office and maintenance team are also super responsive to requests and friendly to communicate with. Shoutouts to Denise, Valerie, Sebastian, and the rest of the team for making this a great apartment community.In terms of downsides, the main one for me has been external sources of noise - the daily CalTrain horns, commercial trucks unloading on early morning weekdays, occasional weekend jet flyovers to Moffett Airfield, and club/bar music from Murphy Street on Friday/Saturday nights. The double paned windows generally do a good job of keeping out the noise, but some units will still fare better than others (courtyard facing units being the quietest).If concerned about the noise, I'd recommend checking the CalTrain schedule and touring during a time when the train passes by, to get a sense of the noise from within the unit, as well as visiting the area on a weekend night when Murphy Street is most festive.”
