Overall, the service was great from start to finish. This shop was in network with my insurance company, Mercury. Danny was my collision consultant. He was helpful. He sent me emails to update me on the repair status. Which I appreciated. When I picked up my vehicle, it was washed and cleaned on the inside. Thank you Danny and Anchor Auto Body!

We requested our vehicle be transported to Anchor Auto Body for repairs, and they did not disappoint. The damaged vehicle we sent them was restored to perfect condition and the process was clarified to us by the front office as we went along.

Very professional and welcoming. Most comfortable lobby I've ever experienced in an auto-related repair facility. Attentive, courteous and supportive staff. Repairs look amazing. They even vacuumed and washed the car. They had to move a few things in my trunk, but they were very neatly replaced. Overall a very positive customer-centric experience.

This place is absolutely incredible. I was rear-ended at a red light. Dealing with insurance has been challenging however every interaction with Anchor Auto Body was wonderful. My car looks perfect. The people working there are helpful, excellent communicators and kind. Definitely recommend!!!!!!!

We had amazing experience with Anchor Auto Body. Michelle and Danny are awesome. Michelle gave us honest timeline estimate that they were busy and it might take few weeks to take the vehicle in, I very much appreciated her honesty.They took over a month to take our vehicle in as they were waiting for parts for the most of the time.Danny kept us informed thought the repair process with reports and pictures.The end result was fantastic, it took Danny only 6 days to fix the car. AAA insurance was used for this repair.I highly recommend this shop.Services: Body & Trim

They took over a month to take our vehicle in as they were waiting for parts for the most of the time. Danny kept us informed thought the repair process with reports and pictures. The end result was fantastic, it took Danny only 6 days to fix the car. AAA insurance was used for this repair. I highly recommend this shop.

Got a quote at anchor body, got in touch with my insurance, and my insurance provided them info to contact. I provided them the information. My insurance said they did not reach out. Followed up with Anchor, again. They did not reach out to my insurance, again. Eventually, after my 3rd call in a month, and after them ignoring my emails, they said something to the effect of I kept calling while they were on break, and basically stated something along the lines that I should pay them directly and then talk to my insurance later and "that's how it works." It was actually against the advice of my insurance. I'm lucky my insurance was patient enough with them not wanting to contact them - but I did not bother to reach them after that. If this is how they treat me before I give them my car to repair, and if they don't even want to attempt to talk to my insurance (the ones actually paying for it), imagine how they will treat me when my car is in shop. No thanks! Other shops were more responsive and willing to help in comparison

Got a quote and was completely ghosted. Called them , scheduled an appointment for it, waited 30 mins past my appointment time. Front desk lady acts like everything is an inconvenience to her, and after she said someone would come out they sent her to do my quote. Maybe because my situation is covered by another insurance and isn't a big job that they just didn't care to follow up. Even if it was an insurance thing a good company will keep you informed. Anyways if AAA refers you here go elsewhere, I can guarantee you'll be saving yourself a hassle. There are PLENTY of collision places that I have already had better interactions with. Do your research!
