I used them a few times to print my Construction plans which have always done a great job delivering. Last time however, they surpassed my expectations as I asked if they could print my biz cards within one biz day which they did - totally earned my loyalty then. On top of that, they have great customer service as well!

Paperback book print job was better than I expected. Alejandro, Anthony, and Ron, altogether, along with the design team, came up with a good layout and ultimate design of the covers and text. They worked with me to lower the price by modifying the book size and font. There was only a slight setback while people were out of the office for about 2 weeks. Otherwise, AlphaGraphics did a great job, and again my book looks better than I thought it would. Proofing updates were timely. I acknowledged Alpha Graphics on the information section of the title page of my book: "Jon-with no H".

Their customer service is good, but i had a really bad experience with personal posters.I understood the risk of wrinkles, but the first time they just completely failed to adhere the laminate, and they then attempted to relaminate the posters and destroyed one of them in the process, even though they were told explicitly to not attempt this.Wouldn’t recommend trusting them with anything that has sentimental value.

AlphaGraphics just completed a couple of signs for our office, the signs exceeded our expectations!!! Our Company uses AlphaGraphics for our office needs from letterhead paper to designing ! The majority of my contact was with Chantel, she did an excellent job communicating with me on the sign we had made, I also was in communication with another gentleman I can't remember his name, but I was trying to visualize dimensions of the sign they were working on, he went above and beyond and printed it on paper and put it all together so that I could take it with me to the office and see it on the wall, what as great help!!! What can I say other than I highly recommend AlphaGraphics Laura R Brothers Painting and Waterproofing

Trash service! People never pick up the phone, when you go in person multiple employees pass over you and just ignore. I ordered some business cards from them it looks like toilet paper, my phone number is extremely small... the man called Edwin is very unwilling and presumptive, gave me the cards as if he was giving food for dogs! Run away from this place!
