No hot water for over a day. I ended up checking out early to go stay in a different hotel and they are charging me an early check out fee.I’ve stayed about 15 nights at this hotel over 2 trips. The water heaters are very weak, at this hotel I usually take a shower with the heat turned up all the way and it’s still not very hot. Today my hot water went out and they offered to BRING. A. PITCHER. For me to shower with. This is a $200+ per night hotel. It also took them 30 minutes to come up with this solution. They said several rooms on my floor were having this issue, they should have advised me of this issue and had a solution ready. The WiFi is really bad, I sometimes have a hard time connecting to Marriott WiFi but this hotel is by far the worst and it will sometimes just go out. There’s also almost no where to unpack my clothes, it’s a very modern/minimal hotel so no dresser, just a small rack to hang clothes

Not recommended. The rooms are good but also very noisy. I wouldn't choose this one again. The breakfast was also a joke and only a few things.Food & drinks: No breakfast just a few old rolls and often not even that. In my opinion this is not a nice hotel

Excellent hotel. I'm a Hiltonhonor member but stay at a Marriott time to time due to location.Check-in was fantastic by Blake. Very polite and accommodating, as well as manners. What you would expect to be treated. The room is non carpet. He threw me off for about 30 mins but makes sense. There is no carpet smell in the room. Modern amenities, minimalistic design but sufficient. Only lacking in paying attention to coffee station to male sure there all the condiments, teas and coffee available. The refridgerator was not plugged in.I would highly recommend this hotel. Would come back againFood & drinks: Bar opens at 5pm

I've stayed here several times now, every time they take care of me if I ask for an upgrade to a larger king room. Plenty of stores in the area as well as restaurants which are walkable if you don't have a vehicle.

By "upscale" I think they mean nice decor and lighting and unnecessary security features (you have to use a key for the elevator which makes getting my Uber Eats a pain). There weren't real glasses in the room or robes or anything special. No pool, no hot tub. There are fees for everything. The lobby area smell made me sick, I am guessing it was air freshener however it smelled kind of like strong cologne. Not soundproof at all I don't know if that only applies to certain rooms but my room certainly wasn't quiet. My biggest complaint is I prefer my towels and bedding to be washed in unscented detergent. I am allergic to their laundry soap and if I come back I will bring my own towel. The bedding gave me a headache from the smell. I liked having total control of the thermostat, it takes a while for the room to warm up but they do let you adjust the heat and air conditioning to a temperature that you find comfortable.Noteworthy details: Not great if you are sensitive to chemical fragrance

After a few stays I can say I don’t care for this AC at all due to few things that seem to get worse each stay herePRO:- European open style concept- Minimalist vibe- Underground Parking- Clean- Hydration StationCON:- Noisy, every time I stayed. Constant - like there’s a party/bowling alley above you where everyone is walking around in boots- Don’t expect much from front desk. If you complain they freeze up and become stand offish or yeah-yeah-yeah you.- So minimalist there is only 5-6 hangars for your clothes, no drawers- Terrible water pressure- Shower NEVER gets hot. Terrible in the cooler months.SUMMARY:Hotel is clean with a nice decor. But who cares about any of that with the loud constant noise, no hot shower, terrible water pressure and lack of wardrobe area if you stay more than a couple of days.

Costs have been cut from every corner of this stay experience. There is no more juice left to squeeze. The hotel runs on 2 staff members at all times, rooms are noisy and come with miniature-sized furniture. The food is terrible, actually made me sick. And wait for this one, they charge $18 for parking in the middle of nowhere. There are probably more spider webs than cars in the parking lot. First time demand is not equal to supply.
