Stay away from this store, worst experience ever! I purchased candies for my daughter's birthday. It turns out we no longer need it for the party, we return back to the store within 10 mins, but the staff refuse to return or exchange and ask us to come back and talk with the manager.
We went back and spent 2 hours in the store. We showed the detailed transition history and itemized purchased item details in the 7-11 application. The manager still refuses to return or exchange because she can not find the transition history in her machine even though we show her all the transition history and the sellers who sold us candies are also right there.

At this 7 eleven when you pay at the pump it gives you an option to purchase a car wash. It is expensive. I purchased it because I traveled all day, the car was dirty with road bugs and what not..... there is no communication sharing that you can only redeem the car wash during business hours and they don't give refunds when the manager is not there.Update: The manager did call and agree to refund the car wash money the following day. The manager was polite and professional.

Once again, as almost always, the guy who is there at night is useless, I pay him for gas and when I go to the pump he didn't put anything in and I have to go inside again, very bad.

Do not patronize this business. Two signs outside show the price for the basic carr wash at $9.99...but the only price they will honor is over $30. The manager was rude.. Whoever owns this store should understand that this is false advertising.

I came foe car wash and they did not take my free car wash and they said 6 one was free so I payed for 5 car washes and save receipts and it was all scam ...they even pick up price 10 dollars more then usual I just came week ago get cash wash and they just said sorry we can't give u free car wash what really I have card with me said 6 free and receipts what a scam..
