I have been living here since 2019. They always had good leasing managers and maintenance teams (person). The place is always spotless, well-maintained and close to downtown. Special shout out to Sandra for all the help in the last 2 years.

This place is absolutely magnificent. The housing staff and management keep this place absolutely spotless. It makes one have pride in where they stay.Further, Jordan Cimoli has been nothing short of amazing. It isn't only his diligence in fixing issues but his genuine care about customer service. This type of attitude makes individuals want to be long term tenants. Having worked in the hospitality industry, I know exactly how important it is. To that end, I am grateful for his services and grateful for his hard work.

The location is best of the best, it's close to downtown and quite. Staff here are friendly, shout out to Jordan been so responsive and easy to work with. Apartment is clean, beautiful and well maintained!

stinks, and trash is everywhere in halls. Imagine walking through a hallway while the leasing agent smiles, escorting you through a dumpster. That is the average 481 mathilda tour today. There is an additional 100$+ monthly trash fee for "valet" trash and everyone leaves trash out in the hallway.There is also no ventilation in the hallway as theres no central air system. So the smell lingers.- elevator is super loud. The dinging is so loud, it will shake your eardrums- property manager is a ghost

My wife and I are residents of this complex. I have been living here with my wife for two years, going on our 3rd year. Latoya, Sandra, and Jordan have been amazing for my wife and I. They are very respectful, they are very quick to respond to any question that we may have. Any type of maintenance issue, Jordan takes care of it in quick fashion and is very communicative. Latoya and Sandra, both are very helpful with any type of leasing question or anything that has to do with the online resident portal. All the residents living in the complex are very friendly and cause no type of trouble. Highly recommend renting/living in this complex.

First of all, this place is super friendly! I walked in on a whim and had a tour with Latoya and she was awesome and inviting. The Community is clean and quiet, and the apartments were spacious. Property manager is very nice, upbeat, and provided lots of neighborhood information cause I’m new to the area. I Highly Recommend visiting 481 on Mathilda!!

My four years of living at 481 Mathilda was mixed. The proximity to downtown made it great for eating out and groceries. The small community was quiet and parking with guests were easy. Jordan is great and responds to maintenance requests in a timely manner. However, there were a number of negative experiences that detracted from my time there.One issue was the trash pickup, which was unreliable and left the hallways smelling unpleasant (~10-15% of the time). The flickering lights in the garage were also a constant annoyance, as they were left unrepaired for months.However, the biggest frustration was the unresponsive property manager, Sandy. It was often difficult to get in touch with her, and even her own employees were unsure of her whereabouts when she was supposed to be in the office. Phone voicemail was always full, and when I did manage to get in touch with her via email, responses were often delayed by several days.The move-out process was also a very negative experience, as I was wrongly charged thousands of dollars and it took more than a month to resolve the issue due to Sandy's lack of responsiveness.

Apartment is very beautiful, great location! Management is also very welcoming and nice, I toured a 2x2, very spacious floorplan, ample closet space and very clean! I was impressed how well maintained, clean the property was in comparison to others in the area! I decided to lease here and cannot wait to call it my new home.

This review is long overdue! After 3 years, I had to finally say good bye to 481 on Mathilda. Loved that it’s conveniently located to everything, including Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods! Lots of gym clubs are nearby, my favorites were club Pilates and orange theory! The property itself is small and quiet, it’s maintained very well! Big kuddos to jordan and team, they are always very responsive, and friendly, make you feel like they truly care about the property and residents. Although it’s in a almost perfect location, it is a bit noisy with traffic, my apt faced Mathilda, was a bit noisy during rush hour but nothing unmanageable! I will miss you 481 fam!

Can't beat the location; close to downtown Sunnyvale & Mt. View. Complex is well maintained, clean and welcoming. Staff has been easy to work with. Issues (if any) get resolved quickly.

Don't plan on living here if you want to get charged several thousands of dollars on move out due to the horrible design of the apartment, in particular, the bathroom, where you will be charged for a tub reglaze for regular use of just showering in the tub because of the poor quality of materials. Paint will inevitably rub off because shower tiles were not fully covering the area where water would hit and you will be charged for repaint. They will also charge you for "carpet damage" if it has been stained a bit. Sandy, the property manager has been unresponsive for most of the stay so hard to get ahold of her. Her office is strategically in a little corner where you are unable to see if anyone is in the office, looking from the outside, and it's always locked unless someone from the inside opens it up for you. Trash pickup was really annoying, and you are forced to pay 50 a month for the service. Please just install a trash chute so I can just take out the trash myself to save the money and not having to deal with trash being left out outside the apartment door.There was also always broken glass that I had to be careful avoiding because in the parking lot and the back of the apartment sidewalk and it has never been picked up.
