My annual membership expired and I was going to renew it. I went to the counter at 762 Suuyvale and a little Asian boy wearing glasses came to me. I entered my card number, he asked for my ID, and then told me indifferently that I couldn't renew it. I asked why, I had been a member for two years, he said 24 gyms were not allowed, and asked me to go to another gym. Because I live very close to the 24-hour gym, I had to go to another Suuyvale to renew my membership successfully

Terrible establishment. The employees try to scam you and are always super unhelpful. Garbage equipment and maintenance and the front desk people are the absolute worst.

I have been a member for over a year and decided to unsubscribe because a woman with Chinese features is very rude and ill-mannered. I don't know how they have people like that working. The other day my boyfriend and I received the same bad treatment and now my sister is the same. I hope my message is of some use. She does not speak like a polite person, she is poorly educated, she is always speaking very rudely and it is unreasonable to talk to her. She has already done it twice. I hope they resolve this conflict, because if not they will continue to lose more members because of bad employees like her.

I respect whoever runs this location. It’s a perfect 24 hour Fitness everything I want from a location is at this location. Clean locker rooms. Great sauna and pool. Machine and weight selection is great. Great staff by far. This is one of the best locations I’ve been to and I’ve been to every 24fit in the Bay Area.

I go to this gym from the moment it opened in Sunnyvale. I like it and it is a convenient location for me. However, I’ve noticed that it is dirtier than usual lately and lots of equipment is not in a good condition or out of order.

The place is clean staff are friendly. The only negative thing is that the dumbbell rack is always disorganized, and dumbbells are all over the place.

A solid gym. Pleasant employees.
The locker room is pretty grody though. I understand that no amount of cleaning will be able to keep up the amount of traffic and sloppy members but the locker room needs to be cleaned (mopped with new water) more often. Could easily give it more stars if cleaner.

If you just moved and want to try a 3 day pass without an address proof, impossible to talk to anyone include the manager to complain about this policy due to the unclear online instruction when u sign up. No customer service what so ever. It’s very sad to see people working as robot just keep repeat the same thing again and again to your face. Literally feel like you are in a horror movie…no real human…all about money talk even though it’s not into your pocket…

This review is for Santiago and Ayman. They are empathetic and resourceful to help another human being in need. Recently I lost my Airpods in this gym. I was searching for them at the last location where I was working out. After some time, when I could not find them, I informed the front desk where Santiago and Ayman were there. Santiago mentioned to utilize the find-my-device option on my iPhone and walk through the gym trying to locate and playing sound. Even the music of the gym was lowered for me (without even asking) so that I can hear the Airpods beeping. Finally I could not find them and made a lost-report and left for home. The moment I reached home, I got a call from them that some Airpods were found and returned to the front desk, and I should come and check. I went back and verified that those were mine.
They went above and beyond to help me and I am sincerely thankful to them and to 24 Hours to have employees like them.

As a traveler, I've been to many gyms, and this one is among the cleanest. There are tons of equipment and space to work out. I'd give this a 7/5
