Quick, efficient, and cordial service at this convenient location, just remember as you approach the shop to slow or you may miss the entrance, like I did ( my old GPS system which I'll have to update. ).
The team thoroughly checked the vehicle, topping up air where necessary. They used Kendall Motor Oil, known for improved engine performance. As a bonus, they replaced the wiper blades, ensuring readiness for the upcoming season. Overall, a hassle-free experience for routine car maintenance. Will be back if in the area.

Super disappointed and upset. Not only did the service take far longer than expected, they handed me the completed reciept saying they had topped off the window washer fluid. Nope. Empty! They Hadn't added any. Said the Air filters were ok. Nope. The next day I looked at them. They are not only dirty, but are covered in leaves and debris. Did they even look at them??
Shocking. I am disappointed as the last time I brought 2 other cars here I “thought” the service was great. Now I’m wondering what I don’t know. A recept of completion and my payment was handed to me. Yet, I don’t know if anything at all was done!

I got an oil change and the 60,000 mile maintenance service except for the transmission fluid change. The Manager Clarence Townsend said it was too early and to wait after 2 more services to get it done. Reynold Mamuyac took care of my car and he did an amazing job. I did not expect to get such great service and was pleasantly surprised at how professional, efficient, and most importantly honest they were. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Highly recommend this branch.

As a local guider from Google, I have the obligation to say that this store is on the way to be 5 stars! They were very, very careful with my car, and they made sure that everything was complete right before I left. Randy G was super nice and professional with me and explained some things about my car that I already knew, but no one in other stores make the efforts to let you know, I don't know who is the manager of this place, but I can tell that is doing an amazing job! Customer service is something crucial to keep customers happy and make them always come back, I will definitely bring my another car to change the oil here. Thank you so much. At this store, you can trust in their services!
