“Aside from the very nicely improved exterior, the garage unit that our company operates out of is extremely spacious, nicely paved, and in a great location. the storage lot where we keep our vans is all we need, we have a large spot and a few smaller ones that work perfect for us. Huge shout out to the manager Mina for always keeping us up to date with new openings and lease options. Communication is awesome with her and she's very attentive and knowledgeable with any and all of our needs. On behalf of the RepairSmith team, thank you Mina and the Nova team for helping us keep our company running smooth.”

“The manager DAVID is really great. at this storage facility. I have never had to wait for customer service. Once I lost keys to my storage and he sold me a new lock and drilled out my old one in less than 20 mins . Customer service over the phone is always helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I’ve had a few “public storages” and have always had issues of some kind with the management staff being rude, unavailable, and discriminatory of how long I spend at my unit even! BUT NOT HERE! This place is great and comes with an easy going vibe too. Thanks again David for your understanding and helpfulness today!”
“This review is based mostly on the front desk gentleman. He was extremely helpful and professional when we came to find a unit on very short notice. He showed us several spaces and explained everything well, no rushing. I have never rented a storage unit so I had a lot of questions. He was kind a patient, even though we had our toddler with us fussing. The buildings are clean and secure and there is plenty of parking. The elevators are big too. The hours are good, you can go until 10pm, many others close at 6pm. Had to take off a star for the yelp promo being a bit shady. "half off 1st month rent" should apply across the board, or if it is for "select units" then those should be posted and updated. Otherwise, it was a good experience.”

“These movers were absolutely INCREDIBLE! I’ve heard stories about movers who take their time and draw out the time, these guys from Andy’s Transfer and Storage were so fast, professional and considerate( essentially the opposite of those horror stories). They are so mindful about not bringing in dirt into our new home and making sure we’re knew where everything was. A positive attitude the entire time. Tim was the incredible, extremely professional- it’s abundantly clear he knows exactly what he’s doing. I would strongly recommend them to family or friends. ?? ”
