“Usually a quiet place. Today the owner Tigran was extremely uncooperative. I walked into the office and he was not wearing a mask. This is typical. Usually I just stand at the door and he'll put on his mask while I wait. Today he didn't and because of that, I decided not to walk into the office. He came to the door to give me my package. I mentioned I would not come in if he had no mask in. This is where his attitude flared and he said, "then don't ever come in". I was shocked that an owner while be this way to a customer but ok. So I asked him if he was the owner. He said yes. I asked for his name and he refused. After a minute of back and fourth, he started raising his voice to me. This is where I pulled out the camera, as I post on social. After this, he gave me his name. Tigray, whether you believe in masks or not, your clients do and the city mandates it. I will report you to the city next time, as it is the law!”

“First things first this business is so convenient and well worth it. I stopped by just to price a mailbox and I left with a key. Compare to every other mailbox services this is the best place. Janel is such a wonderful person and she’s doing amazing at running her company. Whenever I go inside she’s always speaking to her customers and I tend to stay to converse as well it’s a strong sense of community. She’s professional and she connects with her customers. “Went to this business establishment today. The lady inside was very helpful and took care of all my needs. I had no idea this place is right around the corner from my house.. I guess they have a whole new staff working here and everyone is so helpful and responsible. I plan on making this place my go to place for all my USPS needs. “Words cannot describe how pleased my company and I are with the services provided here. I had to process a big order of items (50+), all with various sizes, weights, fragility, variety of addresses and more. I had called several companies in my area, and UPS let me know that it would take days if not two weeks to process all of this through them. I called independent shipping centers, and was quoted incredibly high prices, even including the smallest of item. Everything in the Los Angeles/DTLA area couldn't fulfill my requests, especially on such short notice. After browsing yelp for a while, reviewing all reviews, I decided on Burbank Shipping Center. It was honestly a far drive for me, and I had to make multiple trips throughout the week. But it was 100% worth it. A big shoutout to Anthony and Trent for their customer service. They walked me through everything I needed to know, while providing a plethora of options in areas of concern for me, and overall, they knew exactly what they're doing. All my items were well-packed and were beyond my expectations. They had to customize a good amount of boxes as my items were large and unusual in shape. In addition, there wasn't any room for doubt as their quick and efficient work ethic made me feel reassured. It was such an easy and pleasing process to have worked with them. I feel confident in this business, and my company looks forward to the next time we need to ship something out. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend! :)”

“I only use Studio City Mailboxes and no place else, I've come here for the past few years and hands down it's the best place whenever I need to ship a package. So many times I've needed my items packaged and they are so careful with my stuff.I've also used them for the occasional notary; no appointment needed - they're so quick and know what they're doingThe store manager, Michelle, is the best, she is a problem solver and has helped me resolve a delayed package last Christmas. USPS had my package and Michelle was able to assist and get it delivered but I would recommend using Fedex in the future.”

“My wife and I have been using this location for over 20 years. They have consistently been a fair, dependable and clean operation. Rita is a wonderful person and she hires the best. It’s a difficult and demanding job to work there, so employees have to be dedicated. When I read some of the negative reviews, I felt that I needed to address these issues. First, stamps cost more because you are paying for the convenience of avoiding long lines at the Post Office. I think an extra $3 is well worth it. They have kept their yearly box fee at an affordable rate; one of the reasons we have stayed with them so long. Yes, it would be awesome if they could bring back Saturday hours, but that would require enough increased business to pay an employee to work that day. So don’t complain about a $3 surcharge if you want them open on a Saturday. The occasional parking issues are NOT caused by Postal Annex but rather by the bread shop next door. The bread shop clientele are simply a selfish and entitled class of people. They park in front of the stores even when there are plenty of free spaces. They constantly cause parking lot congestion and show zero concern for other motorists. This bread shop does not belong in such a small complex. If they had one ounce of the integrity that the proprietors of Postal Annex have, this bread business would have moved to a larger complex to accommodate their increased traffic. However, if you do find yourself with a parking issue, simply get out of your car, go in the bread shop and announce that the person with X model car needs to move it. They almost always do. Most of them have super expensive cars and are worried someone will scratch or damage them. Just be polite. Do not start a fight over a parking space. So again, do NOT blame Postal Annex for issues caused by a completely separate business. We hope to stay with Rita and her business for another 20 years.”

“I have been a customer with Mail Boxes N More since 2008 and I absolutely love their service! Even when I moved out of state I still kept their services. They were also great with forwarding/ sending me my mail while I lived in a different state. Also, there has been several times when they were closed and David has come back to the store as a courtesy just to give me my packages. Especially during Christmas, if it weren't for David coming back to give me my packages after hours my 9 years old son wouldn't have had a Christmas!!! And he's always happy to help! The service is impeccable!! They are always kind and very friendly. They help me with any special request, it's never an inconvenience to them. I haven't had any problems in the 14yrs I've been a customer!!!! Thank you for everything Mail Boxes and More!!!”
