“I bought this Fiat for my daughter and although the person took great care in maintaining the engine, it was obvious it.hadn't been washed in a long time. It had layers of dirt and water stains from sprinklers that we couldn't get off. The paint looked dull and the windows had water spots all over. I called and Joseph answered. I've never had a car detailed before so i really didn't know what I needed. I told Joseph my issue with the dirt and water stains and he took the time to explain what needed to be done....with ceramic tint all around and paint correction, it came out to $750. Worth every penny. My daughter is super happy and it's so nice to be able to look out a window without seeing water spots. The tint makes it so much nicer to drive in the California sun...you really don't feel heat on your arms and face. We feel like we're driving a new csr. Highly recommend”

“I originally had a Friday before Father's Day appointment and Joe called and let me know his appointment was taking much longer and ask to reschedule for Saturday which I appreciated that he didn't wait until the last minute to reschedule.....on Saturday he let me know several times where he was and when he would be here. The most important part is he did a fantastic job on the SUV and my husband was very pleased with the detailing.”
“Easily the best vacuums I have ever used at a public car wash in LA. I wish they had a sink to wet your chamois or rinse your hands but the pure ear splitting force of the vacuums made up for it.”
“I take my car here weekly to get cleaned. they are priced VERY well, and al says do a fantastic job. all the workers and very friendly and very nice. sometimes i have noticed that they will close early if they are slow, and the times aren't always right online so call and check before you bring your car. But other than that, this is my go to place and they take great care of my new tesla. :)”

“I recently bought this car from a salvage yard and was clearly left with the window open and cause it to be caked with an soft layer of dirt all within the vehicle as you can see in the pics. I was told to come here by my friend since I need this car to be cleaned asap and very thoroughly due to just how it was and kept. I was skeptical how clean they were able to get it clean just cause how dirt the interior was and if they would say "no" cause of how filthy it was but they said they would take it. They gave me rate on depending on how dirty the car was and even then I was surprised how relatively inexpensive it was for the amount of work they did !!!! I got my car back a day and a half later and I was just surprised how clean they were able to get it. They go very heavy on the cloth material so the carpets and seats and ceiling was scrubbed in deep. They did however leave some spots which was odd cause it was obvious and could had gotten a small brush and it be gone but I didn't really mind since they did a supper job on everything else. The car did take 3 ish days for it to be dried and for the smell to some what dissipate although it semi lingers. The comparison photos are before and after although the after pictures are ruffly two weeks post wash but I tried to keep it as clean as possible. I would definitely recommend people who are specifically looking to get their seats washed to come here!!!”

“I got the $8 regular/basic car wash. For the price, one of the best car washes in Los Angeles… vacuums worked really well too. I drive 2 sports cars that are low to the ground and I was safe… I didn’t make contact with any of the cleaning machinery, but if you have a low rider or a sports car that is made to be even lower than I would not recommend coming here. I live around the corner and I will definitely be here at least once a week.”
“This is one of the few self-serve car washes that have very well-maintained equipment the brushes are not old and dirty. You’re not in fear of scratching your car and the pressure wand, dispense soaps in a generous manner.”

I wish they would use blue or greenUpdate: rear window wiper got torn off damaging the internal arm components.. I won't hold it against the car wash, because stuff sometimes happens..”

“This has been my go-to for the past 3 years. I make the extra drive just for this car wash because of the time and care each car receives (about 1 hour per). If you're in a rush, put off your car wash until you have ample time to be here. When they say 100% hand wash, they mean it. You see those bait and switch words "100% HAND WASH" at a lot of places, but this is the only one I've seen that backs it up. I'm here right now actually, and maybe you should be too. Plenty of waiting space. Some shopping or a relaxing walk can be had in the surrounding neighborhood. Price? $35 for non-suv as I write = fair for what you get.”

“I showed up a half hour before they closed, and I was still allowed in. The whole staff stayed 30 mins after close just to give my car a full clean and I'm talking a FULL clean: the crevices under the trunk lid the spaces between the wheels, the sides of my glove box, not a single water spot left. They even removed and hand scrubbed my floor mats, y'all.And this was their BASE LEVEL package. I am beyond impressed with how this car wash is run and how well my vehicle was treated, despite me arriving late. I have paid much more and gotten much less at other washes. “It's a decent place, cheap but you gotta be quick. Once you know what you're doing and all the settings it's pretty straightforward and easy. I like washing my own car so it gets 4 stars from me. It does cost $2 though, and the vacuum is $1 for like 5 minutes.”

“I had my car towed to Francis after having a fallout with the shop in Pasadena. The other shop refused to do a lot of repairs that my car needed. I was glad they did because Francis like a professional contacted my insurance and discussed all the necessary repairs. The adjuster went to inspect my car and approved all the necessary repairs. Francis emphasized that my car was going to look like new. He was so optimistic and very confident. This gave me so much peace and I was finally feeling stress free, my car was in good hands. I'm happy the prior shop didn't do the job. Taking it to Francis was the best decision I had ever made. This turned out to be a very positive thing for me. I highly recommend Francis he went way above the scope of work to make me happy. And I am extremely happy. My car looks new inside and out just like he promised. Take your car here. “My problem with Car Washes is that I never know if its a good job till the next day. So I have a couple different methods to ensure my happiness. #1. Rearview mirror. Should be free of any smudges or prints#2. Cup Holders. Should be free of crumbs or and stains #3. Top of Windows must be cleaned and not hidden by being rolled up. On this occasion I had my front seats cleaned. I had no complaints about the service. Ill come back”
