I had a very positive experience with VIP. I called them very last minute to schedule a move. The person I spoke to was friendly and accommodated us. The movers came on time and were professional and friendly. My items were not damaged. They did very well wrapping everything up. Thank you VIP for a great experience! Hopefully I do not need to move again but if I do I will definitely be calling you.

I hired them for a move and later that day, I turned on my 70" TV and found that they cracked the screen during the move, deeming it a total loss. I contacted them and Maria Childs offered a ridiuculous sum of $200 for a 1,200.00 TV (I paid over $900 for the move). She paid $200 while working through their insurance company and then decided to pull a fast one and claim that was the final settlement and refused my calls and said she wouldn't pay any more...even though their agreement clearly spells out their liability for replacement. I offered to settle for another $250 ($450 total) to split the cost and she refused any payments. We are now tied up in litigation. Beware.

I'm not sure why most people had such a bad experience with this company. They were recommended to me by the property developers of our condo. I called, received a very reasonable quote and set up my move. Their quote was a good $15-$20 less an hour than four other companies I contacted. Our HOA needed a certificate which VIP sent over immediately. They called to confirm a day before, and the movers texted me the day of when they were 15 minutes away. We had three movers, and they were amazing! They were very fast, thorough and careful. They told me that I was one of their few clients who actually took the time to get permits in the city I was moving from and the city I was moving too. It made things a lot easier so the truck didn't have to double park. The only thing that went missing was two brackets for a bookshelf and nothing broke or was damaged. I've had many moves, and to only be missing two brackets was amazing to me. I was also impressed by just how strong they were, I had two bedrooms and two bathrooms worth of stuff, and the amount of boxes they were able to fit o a dolly was amazing! I would recommend them if you're looking for affordable, reliable movers.

Edward and his team were amazing! They arrived on time, moved everything quickly and took great care of all our furniture. We have VIP Relocation for our last three moves. You cannot find better movers!!!

I have used VIP 4 times now and they have been just excellent-- worth every penny and then some. Edgar was super efficient and nice, and I was blown away how he managed to move my heavy furniture downstairs like it was nothing, while also being gentle with it. I plan on only using VIP Relocation again for my future moves, and have recommended them to family and friends.

The movers threatened us that they will not return our stuff for asking them to try to bring our couch up the stairs as it didn't fit in the elevator and left it by the trash cans. This was after we offered to pay a big tip if they could do it for us. These people have no patience to answer the customers questions and start yelling, and threatening and do a lot of drama. Also, please check your weight slips after they do the final weight check. At the time of pickup we were told that it looks like it would weigh an additional 800 pounds than the estimate and that is exactly what they billed us for in our final invoice. When we asked for our weight slips and let them know that it was a little bit lower than even the original estimate they changed our invoice.

Horrible . Please do not contact them ! Save your time and money ! They are the worst . They always charge you more than what they say !! I promise you there is better moving companies out there ,keep and eye out guys !!!!!

Holy cow, Edgar and Gato were fantastic! I planned my move last minute and they were so organized and helpful. They made moving so easy! Definitely would recommend, but absolutely ask for Edgar + Gato!!

Worst experience ever!! Typical click and bait....Very tricky company. Seem nice at the beginning and over promise and under deliver and over charge. Went way over the budgeted amount that was discussed. Had to give at least one star so I can put a review but too bad can't make a negative review. Unless you only have one box to move they make every excuse for everything and take much longer to do the simplest move. Very disappointed! Additionally the movers left things outside and forgot to bring them in.

Recently used VIP Relocation to move from Newhall to Valencia and it was very easy and convenient from start to finish. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. Will use them again for future.

I have nothing but praise for this outfit, Alberto and his crew were fabulous. They moved me from Marina del Rey to Palm Desert in June of this year in record time. His team consisted of 2 other helpers and they handled everything in a timely fashion and went the extra mile to accommodate my needs. Their rates were fair and competitive and wasted no time loading and unloading our furniture. I highly recommend this group of movers for all your moving needs.

I have mixed feeling about my experience with this company. The people were friendly and helpful. Especially the actual men that both picked up and delivered my items. They also were able to accommodate me last minute as my other movers canceled. I was charged an extra $1000 after my items were picked up because they said it was over my "inventory list". Upon delivery my only piece of furniture was broken on the top as if something very heavy was sat on it. But the insurance of the company is worthless so I can suggest to get "full replacement" insurance. It is worth it. Some dishes were broken in boxes that were marked fragile. Use extra padding when packing. It took 2 weeks to deliver, but that was within the 21 days they quoted. Overall I am satisfied with them.
