I liked the convenience of coming to this location. But for some reason I've had 3 letters which were confirmed mail never arrive at the end location. One of them did arrive. . . 24 days later, when I was told it would arrive in 2. I've been shipping through UPS now and even letters. It costs more, but I know they will get to where they need to go. Maybe for the odd letter I will still use the usps. . but it's not what it used to be.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The way they treat people at this post office is disgusting. My dad just came to tell me how a “man” who works there humiliated him and my mom. My parents are elderly people and don’t know much about how the post office works as they don’t send things out often. They went to send their application to renew their passport and the gentleman was so rude to them and I believe it because I’ve seen how they speak to older people. If you don’t like your job find something new to do! YOU ARE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! He is a bilingual heavy set man! I hope he reads this and feels disgusted with himself and thinks about his parents next time.

My family and I visited this passport office on Monday 12th February, 2024. We arrived around 9.40 am. We were the 4th person in line. The first person had a passport appointment for 10.45 am. The other two were not passport stuff. I am a person who likes to ask questions which are relevant, each person I spoke with behind the counter were friendly. The renewal passport was for our lil one. I had filled out all the forms. Hubby had also made a Passport appointment online and paid for photo services as well, however as we had the time we decided to try the walk in. Walks ins was from 10 am - 11 am Mondays to Wednesdays, so we were early. Luis who attended to us was polite, helpful and very knowledgeable. I had made one error. I filled it over while he took out the pic of our lil one as Hubby went with him. The process was quick. For renewals, for minors, both parents must be present and have form of ID's. If for some reason a parent cannot accompany, you need to check out on the website or ask the office. Your Child original Birth Certificate is required, I tend to keep copies, so make a copy and also your child expired Passport. It has the option to expedite it. Your child documents will be returned to your address. Money order can be done right there as well which we did. I will definitely visit again, as we received great customer service.

I went here to apply for a passport renewal, and it could not have gone easier. I made an appointment, which turned out to be a good idea because they get a lot of walk-ins. The passport clerk was friendly and helpful. I had the forms, a check (required for payment to the government) and documents ready. I hit no speed bumps and was out of there in under a half-hour.

Staff is rude and lazy do not want to do their job! Went in to turn in passport application before 1pm and they said they could not help us even thought website says walk ins welcomed from 10am to 2:30pm. No one in the office but still refused to assist. Horrible client experience. If you cannot accept customers walking in please update your website .

I made a passport appointment for my 16yr old daughter both my husband and I went with her to the appointment. We arrived at 1pm and our appt was at 1:30pm. We waited in line and when we went up to the counter we told Luis we there to process a passport application for a minor asked if he could review my husband's passport renewal application as well since we wanted to submit them together. Luis said they are not trained on how to review those forms so he could not assist us and we did not have an appointment for two people. Luis told us that a lady would be taking care of us so to just stand in the back and wait( there was no one in line when we arrived). We waited and at 1:15pm a couple came in for their 1:15pm appointment Luis told them they needed to be there early and they had wrong forms so to go in the back to fill them out.He called us to the counter, reviewed our forms and said the form was incorrect and to fill out the correct form(he handed us the form) we told him that he could have given us the form at 1pm when we arrived instead of just brushing us off. He said that he did not review the forms since we told him we had them ready. His customer service needs to be improved along with his passport service knowledge because he didn't know the answers to any questions we asked. He also did not have time to review my husband's passport application since he was not trained on how to review renewal forms and asked us to go back and stand in line to have his passport application mailed. THIS POST OFFICE SHOULD NOT BE A PASSPORT CENTER AND IF THIS CENTER REMAINS THEIR STAFF SHOULD BE PROPERLY TRAINED! TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Passport renewals,do not waste your appointment at this place. They do not really handle passport business like other post offices in the valley. Try going to Van nuys instead,they will take care of you.

Employees at this location don't know what media mail is: "Sound recordings and video recordings, such as CDs and DVDs. Play scripts and manuscripts for books, periodicals, and music. Printed music. Computer-readable media containing prerecorded information and guides or scripts prepared solely for use with such media." All my printed music gets return because these employees are new or have not been trained properly. Ask if they know what media mail is.

Today I came to this post office for the first time! I’ve never seen such a boorish attitude anywhere! Employee Luci was rude and picky, without finishing serving me, she called the next client, and after he left, she finished servicing my shipments and gave me my receipt . Luci was very angry and ruined my day
