I had DirecTv installed by USA Digital a week ago. The installer was grumpy, didn't seem to be happy at all. Spent no time explaining the service, the remote settings, how to stream, nothing. He acted like he couldn't wait to leave. I only stream on my iPad, husband watches main TV. Been trying for a week to get the app to even sign on, much less stream, and NOTHING. ** crickets ** Absolute waste of time and money. I should have stayed with Sling. BTW, According to reviews on the Internet, people with iPads have been having problems with the iPad DIRECTV app for years, and they've done nothing about it. I worked in TV for 20+ years, and even I can't figure this stupid thing out. ********************** Called back 10 days later for help from USA digital. Spoke with Alfred. He was incredibly rude, refused to help me, refused to transfer me to a supervisor, told me to never call back again and hung up on me. This is the worst television provider I've ever dealt with. DO NOT USE!!

Was directed by my cable provider Direct tv to call this company for my wiring, connection and service and repair etc. issues that I was having. The first time I called this company, the lady answered the phone in a short tempered manner and was not business like at all. Took my number and said that I would receive a call back. Waited 2 days and not yet a return call. Had to call Direct tv and try and get the issued handled strait from them. The second time I called this company the same lady was very... extraordinarily rude. The Direct tv wiring in my building (which are multi dwelling units) was apparently screwed up by their tech's. Tried to explain to her and inform her that tenants in our building aren't charged for wiring work ect. She had a short temper through our whole conversation. She insisted and with a temper said that I would be charged a service fee and a fee for a part needed when they were the ones who came out and performed incorrect wiring for some reason either scheduled maintenance or handling on another tenants wiring for their service. My service has been fine for the 5 years that I have had it. So now my Direct tv service is down due to their error and negligence and now wanting to pass the responsibility on to me being financially responsible.. and leaving me no other choice but to cancel my DirecTV service because of the negligence of this third party company handling DirecTV 's wiring and service issues and not having the same customer service concern and quality control instilled in them as At&t actual employees do.

Had a first class experience. Had to set up entire house with TVs with mounts and satellite tv. Very professional and top notch work by Armen, He really cared about how it looked like it was his own home. Didn't realize it was going to come out this amazing! You cant see a single wire in my house. Very happy and will refer them to family and friends for sure. They were worth every penny.

I've been here a couple of times and I haven't had any bad experience the ppl are nice....I always buy anything I need for direct tv..::.i had their repair service program and the techs are quick and respectful....and not only that their office is close to my house.....thanks USA digital

worst company to deal with, their rep came to fix our bad connection and ordered a new box. said he would return the thursday, never happened. we then had saturday and we get a call saying he won't come and needs to reschedule so we don't waste our day. mind you we waited 5 hours already for him. the foreign lady who called us was very rude once we asked for an immediate return because we are without a working directv box. she even hung up on us. if you can stay away from this company I would, it's a shame Directv contracts such a horrible company. honestly looking to change services to get away from these rude people.
