Disappointed. Going downhill since Dr. Kazarian delegated reins. He personally took an extensive history (not a paraprofessional), he was the X-ray tech, the one who sutured cuts, gave sound medical advise, and more importantly made available tests and imaging results within a day. Success of this location means he's no longer around to give great care and follow through.
My mom had a cxr done for productive cough. History taking was done by an aide who had to look up "none known" for medication allergy. So much art in taking histories! I always believe this should be the doctor's or NP's job.
When finally seen by the doctor (or NP, because she did not introduce herself to me, much later I think she mentioned her name was "Vana" on the phone). I informed her of my mom's history and asked for a chest x ray done. Vana proceeded to wrap up the consultation to arrange for it. I asked her, "don't you want to first listen to her chest?", to which she promptly pulled her stethoscope from her neck to listen. Usually for my mom's medical history physicians check ankles for leg swelling too, and listen to her heart as well. Anyway I didn't make an issue of it. I was there for a chest X-ray.
The radiology tech took one view and on our way out, I left my email address for them to send the results to which I wanted to forward to her UCLA physician. I spoke to three people the next day, in my futile quest to get the radiology report, which was available according to all of them but for some reason despite promises from the front staff and Vana, I never got it.
The portal is pathetic combining my name and my mother's and you can't access it there. As a result I HAD TO HAVE MY MOM ASSESSED AT ER WHERE AN XRAY WAS TAKEN AND WITHIN AN HOUR RESULTS WERE AVAILABLE IN THE APP.
After calling them to say how disappointed I was with them, I was put on hold. I hung up and no one called back to rectify the issue.
So disappointed that I had to go through this and for my 90 year old mom to have to undergo redundant imaging. I expected the same level of service and follow through that Dr. Kazarian set when he opened this once fabulous urgent care. Unfortunately I will make a conscious effort to seek care elsewhere.
I'm in healthcare too, I run an office and I'll be the first to say, this whole event was a fiasco.

I called because I needed help with my big toe it needed to be checked out I was in pain, not Emergency Room pain but Urgent Care pain and they told me to go to the emergency room. This was done over the phone. ?

Misleading. I did the initial intake for a general check up. Before I went I called to make sure my insurance will be accepted and asked for other fees I might need to pay. The person I spoke to said to bring my insurance card and they could run it on site. I went and the front desk directly said I am unable to do physical exam unless the Dr is my PCP. A little empathy could've been appreciated. I refuse to be seen by Dr because of this complicated steps. I could've paid out of pocket if they were to atl east consider check my concern is.

I personally like coming here on the weekend and later on in the afternoon. They are quite busy in the morning offering physicals. So if you do plan on going during the week, I suggest around 12 or after. Overall great place to go with good staff. But because they do get busy Last call is usually around eight. Would recommend coming here.

I was here from before 9 am. The doctors came in about 9:30 am and the urgent care was having 3 people waiting all together. It took them one hour to take me to the room and another hour before the doctor care to come and check on me. All I need was antibiotics for my ear pain. I am so sorry for doctor Vahe Nazaryan for not having an any kind of supervision on what is going on the clinic.

I came in skeptical of the practice due to reviews but I my need of relief overcame the skeptisim.The receptionist was very nice and warm. She made the check in easy even if they didn't take my insurance. It was worth the 135 dollars. The nurse who took my vitals was amazing. She asked what was my reason for visiting and what concerns I had. I didn't have to wait too long. I went in roughly 6:40pm and came out 8:10 pm. If I had went to the E.R I would've spend hours just waiting. As for the attending doctor,I think her name might have been Christine. She was amazing. She helped me where 3 other doctors failed to hear me out. Same day relief and listened to my concerns in regards to our plan of attack for my stubborn ear infection that I had ongoing for four months. I know now where to go if I have any problems where the E.R or my primary cant/ won't resolve. Will be reccomending to anyone that needs urgent care.

Drove for twenty minutes so my sick son could be seen. I called to make sure my son’s insurance was taken here, and when I arrived they missed a loop hole and wouldn’t see my kid. He had to sit in the car for another twenty minutes while sick. The front desk offered no empathy.

I HIGHLY recommend this place!! From the phone call to the in person experience was extremely wonderful!! From the receptionists to Olga and the doctor that treated me, everyone was such a delight!! Dr. Anahit who treated me.... Woooooww!!!! I've never been treated with such care and detail!! She first off has a very soft voice, elegant demeanor and extremely accommodating and welcoming attitude!! If you're reading this do yourself a favor and go if you need help with anything.I will say now and I mean this in the most respectful way, I don't know if the Doctor was married (and if you are, I'm sorry) but along with being very intelligent, caring and very accommodating, this woman could be a model!! I was astonished!! Extremely beautiful, her voice was like the sweet flow of honey and I am very grateful for your care and meeting a wonderful person like Dr. Anahit! She took me in same day with treatment and I am extremely grateful!!I definitely do have a crush on her, yes. But it isn't why I'm writing such a good review, it was the heart of the doctor that really got to meGod bless you all .and thank you ?

Got there 15 min before closing and they had closed already when their online hours say 6pm!!! 2 other people got there after me and they also got denied service!!! Change your hours of operation if you want to go home early!!!

I will highly recommend to everyone Urgent Care One. The best urgent care in Sun Fernando Valley area. Dr. Anahit is the Best Dr.ever. She is very nice and kind Doctor. She followed all the rules , and she has a lot of intelligence which makes her very great doctor. The front desk is very nice and everyone is super friendly to one another.

If I could leave no stars I would. I went to urgent care because my primary care doc didn't have power during the recent hurricane situation. I tried explaining to the doctor that I was cleaning my apartment that's infested with cockroaches and that I didn't feel good at all. I didn't know if it was COVID, or chemicals from cleaning and trying to remove the roach p*** in order to prepare for fumigation, or if it was something else. He didn't even spend more than 5 minutes talking to me. He chased me out of there asking if I needed meds or cough syrup. I told him to check and when I was trying to ask him to provide proper assessment he dismissed me by saying I'm the doctor let me find out what's wrong with you. He only took a covid test after I asked for it. I tried to explain to him that I hadn't ate properly and that I wasn't feeling well at all and he still dismissed me. I waited for the response of the clinic for the result of the COVID tests but didn't even get a call back. He only ran a test for COVID and flu... I called back today super upset because I'm still feeling ill, and after I asked him to run other culture tests, he took the time to calle the lab and they said my sample can still be ran for other infections. I don't understand why I have to ask him to run tests to begin with. I went in to get proper health care and left there feeling more anxious than when I walked in. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF YOURE ACTUALLY LOOKING FOR CORRECT AND PROPER HEALTHCARE ASSESSMENTS. Take your business somewhere else, don't be fooled by paid reviews, or people just looking for their own benefit. I'm even afraid of taking the meds he prescribed because I mentioned to one of the staff that I don't know if I have a heart condition, he didn't run the proper assessments, and I'm not sure if the medication is going to help. I don't want to take antibiotics if I don't need to. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOURE ACTUALLY LOOKING FOR PROPER HEALTHCARE. The clinic is clean and the front staff is super friendly. It's the doctor that did a horrible job.

Urgent care one is the best doctor office I have visited.The staff are so well organized and know how to properly assist you whenever needed. I just have to say Olga and Lucie are amazing! They were so kind and extremely helpful. Definitely would recommend this clinic to anyone and will return again.
