If you want your car to be repaired well, order the car to be repaired by Mehdi, who is an Iranian boy. Among all of them, Mehdi is very accurate and organized, and he fixed my car at a low cost and saved me.

I purchased my car with an after market warranty and was referred to Sheldon auto care.I spoke with Henry, who took excellent care of my car.This shop is super busy and yet he took the time to explain the issue and how my warranty worked.There was a part in the turbo boost and thank goodness it was under warranty!He kept me informed while they were working on car and I am super happy to have it fixed!Henry gets an A+++

DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Unless you love headaches. This place is a massive headache. They're very rude and unprofessional over the phone. The service is terrible, unknowledgeable and lazy. Please go ANYWHERE else but here. I regret going to this place so much. They've had my car for a week and still cannot figure out what is exactly wrong, let alone how to fix it.I wish I could give this place 0 stars.

The service is terrible, unknowledgeable and lazy. Please go ANYWHERE else but here. I regret going to this place so much. They've had my car for a week and still cannot figure out what is exactly wrong, let alone how to fix it. Last time I took it to them, they failed to find, rather didn't bother to look for, an air leak and a coolant leak. Instead I took it to my local mechanic for him to finish the job, and BAM no more check engine light. Message me if you want a REAL mechanic's info. He'll work on your Honda, Toyota, Audi, Lexus, BMW, Porsche, Maserati, you name it! GUARUNTEED better service than this place.

The service here is horrible haven't had my car a week and had to bring it here from Karplus. They had it for a week was very rude and had the Nerve to argue back n forth with me after telling them what time I would be here I still had to wait came almost 2 hrs they can at least have some compassion/customer service.

I would never recommend this establishment to anyone. Just as other reviews claim, this place is a scam. The owner tried to give me false claim as to why they’re going to take long to fix my car. Lucky for me I’m a mechanic so the lies they tried to feed me went right over my head. If you purchased a car from Karplus. Do NOT purchase their warranty. You are better off taking your car to a reliable independent shop. These people are not reliable or professional. They will lie to you and hope you buy it. Stay away from this place, you will be scammed.

Took my car here because i was having some issues my car would shake and sometimes wont start took it in and within a few min they told me what the problem was and got it fixed in a couple hours, Thanks Guys !

First of all thanks for the accommodating me when I was on time constraint. I have to travel out of star but my check engine light showed up. I called and they were swamp busy and the next opening was in the next 7 days. After 30mins, the called me back and said I could drop off my car. Took 2 days for them to work on it and they were very nice to explain everything to me. I have a warranty on my vehicle so it only cost me the deductible. I recommend this autoshop, even though they are busy, they did help me out. Once again thanks, Its been couple of months and my vehicle is working great with no light.
