I had bought a bmw x5 2 years ago and it turns out to be a lemon. The engine light went on the same day I drove it home. Took it back to get whatever it was wrong "fixed"
But the light kept showing up. I ended up getting tired of going back and forth with them, because every time I took my car, they would keep it for a couple of days. I need my car daily for work, and since then I've spent over $2500 in repairs. DONT BUY FROM THEM!

Me and my boyfriend brought a car less then a month ago and it is already in the shop with one 6k due in repairs. Check engine light came on only 3 weeks after getting the car. Because we were out of town at time light came on we just took it to the dealer for them to tell us the mileage on the odometer is wrong and car has over 175k and reader on dash shows 120k then hit us with a 6k bill. So he calls statewide to inform them of the problem and say we would just like to give the car back seeing we were still in the warranty period to be told if we give it back its a report. So I decided to call them explain the issue so Sam offered to fix the car but we are currently in Sacramento he said he had some one in Sacramento that could tow it for us on Saturday and to call him back when we were ready so my boyfriend called Monday to get information for tow they hung up in his face 2 times and when he finally got Sam on phone he told him he never said he had someone that could tow the car back to them for repairs.. at this point I'm over it and will be reporting them and filing a lawsuit if things are not handled today when I go up there myself.

If I can give zero stars I would!!! SAM IS A LIAR! He’s such a liar he didn’t even show up! Had us drive over 3 hours just to try to sell us a car that was different from the pictures online, not only that he lied about the miles, every car on this lot is trash, they are all scratched. This place looks like a chop shop, I would never recommend anyone to come here! Save yourself the head ache and time.

This is the easiest car purchase I think I've ever made. These guys were knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They're more than happy to answer any questions you have about the car you're interested in and their lot has a great selection. If you're looking for a used can you can't beat Statewide in price, quality, or customer service. Thank you to everyone there. I will definitely be back.

Horrible experience. Purchased car weekend of 4th of July. Made clear date I need payment. We are now December and still not corrected. Can never talk to management they are always on phone. I have had lots of money out of pocket for things they said were completed. Jessica is who helped me. Don’t recommend she doesn’t place notes on account so all my calls many times talking to her and nothing corrected. Would not recommend purchasing a car hereThey are accruing late fees for my car when I made it clear to Jessica I needed payment on 15th. Staff are unprofessional
