My order came with a misspelling that was not shown on the "review before order placed" section. Ie it WAS spelled correctly there but NOT when I received it. Time spelled TimA. Seller does not respond to requests. Pricey item was a Christmas gift. No phone number & they have closed their shop according to Etsy. 12/24/23

Simply Personalized is an amazing company to use if you want to get any customized or monogrammed.. they are very professional and quick. I love the way they did the monogram for my pajamas. I gave them an order for 15 and they did it very fast with short notice and I appreciate the good quality work! You won’t regret using them!

I am SO HAPPY with the personalized embroidery services done at this business!! A few weeks ago I was searching high and low to find a business that would cater to my specific needs, and came upon this wonderful amazing shop. I requested a very special Alpha Industries men's winter jacket to get embroidered with 3 separate custom images / logos. The final product was super impressive and exceeded my already high expectations. The owner Henrik helped me out from the beginning to end of the project, he was very nice, professional, knowledgeable and patient as we selected the correct threads and colors to match my images that I brought in. I couldn't be happier with the final product, the jacket was a gift and the recipient was beyond happy! The jacket turned out very beautiful, the stitching is very high quality, the colors and threads exactly how I envisioned it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business to anyone looking for embroidery / customization services. I will forsure return to get other things embroidered with Henrik. This business is wonderful! I walked in unannounced crossing my fingers I could get Christmas stockings with personalized embroidery. The owner was so welcoming and my beautiful stockings were ready the next day! Thank you so much, i'll be back!

Excellent! Tried this company for the first time and love their work - did such a nice job embroidering my design on hats, and even were super helpful when I was looking for what specific brand of hat I wanted to use. Would definitely recommend!

I was leaving town for a business trip and needed some emergency last minute embroidering. I already had the digitized file and so I just needed someone to put the logo on my sweater. Henry was so quick and responsive via email and phone. Since I had the digitized file, he was able to process as a same day rush job. Quality was superb and it was a really good price. I'll definitely be going back!
