Serra Medical Group is a comprehensive multispecialty physician group practice located in the San Fernando Valley. Serra Medical Group is comprised of over 30 in-house physicians who practice in various fields, including internal/general medicine, pediatrics, audiology, cardiology, dermatology, ear nose and throat, gastroenterology, industrial medicine, neurology, obstetrics, gynecology, ophthalmology, optometry, orthopedics, pain management, physical therapy, podiatry, general surgery, and urology. The facility also houses complete radiology services, laboratory services, a surgery center, and a pharmacy. While the majority of patients have had positive experiences with the medical care and staff at Serra Medical Group, some have faced challenges with the phone system and scheduling appointments. Patients have reported long wait times when calling to make appointments, and some have encountered issues with the front desk staff. Additionally, a few patients have expressed concerns about the attention and care provided by certain doctors. Despite these occasional challenges, many long-term patients have praised the group's services, particularly the care received from specific physicians, such as Dr. Ralph, Dr. Vaquero, and Dr. Lekht. The customer services to make an appointment is the worst. Everything else it’s a great customer service the nurses even know you by ur name thank you Maria, Johanna , yennifer and Violeta. The customer service you beautiful ladies give is fabulous.
