I was asked if I wanted to open a Kohl's card. I said No and the cashier kept insisting. They said it wasn't a credit card and it was going to be a like a rewards card. After I saw on Experian they ran a hard inquiry and it is a credit card, I'm for ever never going to shop at Kohls. Shame on me for being retarded and falling for the BS.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We came in to make an exchange, we joined the line that was 15 people deep and only 1 cashier. When the cashier finally called for back up we were next. When it was our turn the cashier told us to go to customer service upstairs. I asked her if she could just make an accommodation for us since we had already waited close to 20 minutes in line, we were told no. The original cashier told us to follow the signs for returns, I told here there was no sign for returns only the Amazon sign. Once we made it to the "Customer Service" line we had to wait an additional 10 minutes, when it was finally our turn we weren't thanked for our patience or greeted. I understand retail isn't for everyone but at least show appreciation for customers in your store.

Everything about my experience with Kohls was frustrating. I was a new customer due to it being a bit of a drive. When I got there, lots of cute stuff on sale so I took some things to try on, and waited 15 minutes and wasn't able to get a dressing room. So I decided to see the return policy and try on at home. I waited in a long line of customers with 2 cashiers - about 20 minutes. I was happy that Kohls had 180 day return policy (or something very long). The cashier was kind and efficient and I felt bad for there only being 2 for all the customers. I tried on clothes at home and came back when store opened to return some of the items.. There were only 4 people in line and one cashier. Apparently the transactions were complicated, as it took 5-10 minutes per customer, so I was there about 20+ minutes before my turn. The poor cashier told me that I can't make a return there, and needed to go upstairs, but not today as the systems were down. There was also an exterminator there looking around the registers - - which seemed strange to do during business hours, making it feel icky. I feel bad for the kind cashiers and staff. I think management needs to rethink how things are being managed.

I don't live in this immediate area so to me this place is hidden in plain sight, despite how big it is, but once you get in there, it is a well organized store that has everything any other Kohl's would have and the staff is always pleasant and professional. The store is always clean, stocked and generally they have a lot of good sales.I mainly use this store as an Amazon return point which couldn't be an easier process if they tried; it literally takes mere seconds.

I've been to this Kohl's several times, mainly for online pickups, and I love their convenient their Self-Pickup pass. Once you arrive at the store, you head towards the Self-pickup area on the second floor and open your pickup pass on your phone (it should be sent to your email once your order is ready), then you can see the number where your order is located and you can go ahead and grab it--No wait. Hassle free! I've also returned a couple of things from Amazon. I was not aware they take Amazon returns, but now I know. Quick and easy returns on the first floor. The store itself is pretty spacious and every department seems neat. They even have a Sephora, which is convenient for makeup lovers. From head-to-toe, you'll be ready to go where you have to go! Lol.Anyway, the ONLY thing that I wasn't ok with was the women's restroom. Two of the toilets were out of service and one paper towel dispenser was broken. The sink faucet (which seemed dirty) needs to be touched as you wash your hands, so if you worry about germs like me, you won't feel comfortable touching it all along while washing your hands and also touching the paper towel dispenser for the paper towels to come down. It would be nice if they repair/remodel their restroom. Staff has been friendly and helpful every single time, so I will definitely shop here again.

This Kohl's is a short drive from my house and you will find me here from time to time shopping for clothes or make up at Sephora. They opened Sephora a few months ago and it's the best thing ever. Kind of dangerous to spend so much money but very convenient... this store is always clean and organized. The team does a pretty good job with it, friendly employees always ready to help. Also Amazon returns are painless here. So easy and convenient. The parking lot is big so never a problem with finding parking.

Kohl's has really streamlined their Amazon Drop off services. They are so fast and efficient. There was 4 people in line and I was out of there within 5 minutes. Kind of the best return service of any company I have experienced.

I wanted to like this location but the employees are rude and have zero product knowledge . Items are always out of stock and they push you to buy products you don't want / need . The manager here is a major witch and is incredibly rude inreported her to HR

My favorite store.. They have right sizes and always sales going on. They have credit cards that aren't high with interest. Btw not only can you buy great clothes I also bought an air hockey table for my grandson for Chanukah.. Personally I think I bought it for me too! Lol.. Shhh.Ever you need is there and they allow returns if you find it wasn't right fit...

I highly recommend to shop at this location. All employees provide the greatest service. I had a few questions and they were all answered to me respectfully and professionally. There was an employee who only has two months working at kohl's and assisted me with plenty of experience and patience. The customer service they provide does NOT go unnoticed and it is highly appreciated. I will definitely ALWAYS choose this location to go shopping.
