Horrible customer service! I purchased several products over one hundred dollars worth. They forgot to put a $3.99 spray bottle product in my bag. They never apologized about the inconvenience it caused me, and when I got to the store . Jackie the employee there said they didn't see the product I purchased the system missing ,the person at the register named JACKIE was very rude and told me to call customer service, even though she could see my purchase on her computer through my rewards number .After I had to drive all the way back to the store. They refused to give the spray bottle to me in which , I already purchased and paid for, someone confirmed they would have it ready to pick up trustworthy! . Because I didn't have a paper receipt, even though they could see in my rewards account. The refuse to give me the $3.99 Spray Bottle , even though I spent over $108.00 already. JACKIE was so rude ,disrespectful and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS . The next day I went back with a digital receipt , then another women who was there too, said oh so sorry about yesterday ,yes you were right we did forget to put it in your bag, then finally proceeded to give the $3.99 spay bottle to me. Absolutely absurd ! She said sorry and that was it. They should over me something for all the inconvenience they caused and the mistake they made. Very disappointed with this Sally's location.

I was there about an hour ago and a day ago. Both woman were super helpful! They greeted me right away and I felt they both knew what they were talking about. I took their advice and my hair turned out great! It wasn't easy but thanks to them both! Very sweet, I wish I knew their names but I know they were working the evening today

My mom went there recently to look for some gel polishes and she was refused any help from the lazy cashier. My mom does not speak English and needed help with colors and distinguishing different types of polishes and the cashier repeatedly would tell her "what we have out is all we have" and would walk away even though the store was empty. I don't know if they have special employees to just ring up sales and someone else to help people but I am pretty sure anyone working should and is expected to help any customers out. I have also had very short comings with help in the same location but I would figure out my way around but this was the last straw. Horrible customer service!

I arrived at 7:41 pm and she said she was closed when they are supposed to be open until 8pm I think it's very unprofessional to waste people time and have because I specifically drive here because of the posted business hours. I'm very disappointed .

It seems like the employees at this specific location never have any knowledge of the products they're selling they literally deserve 0 stars! Kimberly is the worse her attitude is gross. Absolutely never coming to this location again!

Worst customer service of all time! Couldn't be nice or helpful. Didn't care if there was anyone there which there wasn't. Couldn't or didn't know the answer to things I brought up. I was asking I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN! WILL NOT GIVE ANYONE THERE MY MONEY!

I came in asking for NON CREAM bleach and was recommended cream. I trusted her opinion so I bought it and when I got home I noticed it was cream.. Came back to return unopened and the ladies we're being extremely rude trying to say that it was empty when it was full to the top. I asked if they sell empty products because I hadn't even opened it and she rudely told me that it's empty to the bottom. I was nice and was treated very rudely by two racist Caucasian women . Just because they work at Sally's making minimum-wage doesn't mean they should be judging others for a $10 bottle of bleach. Lol It's sad how people are miserable at their job

I went into Sally's Beauty Supply on Laurel Canyon, Sun Valley to get some help for a developer I needed for a ION permanent hair color. As soon as I stepped into the store, maybe she was a mgr, she frantically stated, no returns nor exchanges allowed. I told her, calm down, I needed a developer, she ga ne the number I needed. This person needs to be attentive to tghe needs of the customer before yelling. There are businesses that are filing bankruptcy, ie: Neiman Marcus.
