I knew i wanted to donate my car and i am glad the charity I chose uses Riteway to handle everything. From the first call, to the tow truck service, the follow up call/emails, and the paperwork needed for tax deduction; these were all done very quickly.

When I made my decision to donate my vehicle. I contacted the Children Hospital to arrange the pick up of my vehicle. I received a call very promptly from Rite way coordinating a time for the pick up. The driver that was picking the vehicle contacted me to confirm that he was on his way and gave me his ETA. The driver was very nice and polite. He loaded up my vehicle and told me, Thank you. Didn't want to see my vehicle go, but I received good service for a good cause.

I am so glad I choose Riteway! I was originally going to try and sell my vehicle and started down that path however after no interest, I thought about contacting a salvage yard upon deeper research I came across Riteway Car Donations and I am so glad I did. They help support numerous charities and work to ensure those charities receive the maximum benefit possible on each and every car donated. The website was easy to navigate, I filled out the form and within a short time I received a call to make arrangements for my pick up. They even offer weekend pick ups. The driver arrived promptly, loaded my car, completed the paperwork and that was it. The best part was they were able to get more than expected which means more for the charity! Plus a generous tax donation for me. I recommend anyone who is thinking off donating choose Riteway Car Donations, they will take care of everything and make the process so easy. As it turns out, they don't call themselves Riteway for nothing. Everything went according to schedule. Within a week of my car being towed away, I received news that they had gotten a good price for it (which means a good tax deduction for yours truly). I advise one and all who find themselves with wheels to donate to do their homework and research car donation entities, and I strongly suspect they will arrive at Riteway and be as satisfied with the experience as I was.

I had heard many car donation businesses were bordering on unethical in terms of how much money was passed along vs. how much was kept. My research turned up Riteway as a reliable source. I went to their site, filled out a form, chose my charity and got a call that day. Making the appointment was easy. Richard showed up on time, hooked up my old car, I signed a few papers, and that was it. A few days later, I received an email letting me know how much they received for my car (I was pleasantly surprised how much) along with a simple request for my SSN for tax purposes. I called the office and gave it to them over the phone. SUPER EASY, effortless and courteous. If you're looking to donate your car, look no further. Cannot recommend Riteway enough.
