The staff was professional with my purchase over the phone. Very helpful with any and all questions I had before the purchase. Went out of their way to ensure I got the right part the first time. They packaged, shipped, and provided a tracking number also. The part worked great, and the vehicle is now back on the road thanks to them. Happy first time customer. Thanks again Pyramid.

Overcharging, unhelpful, aggressive, offensive and rude I will not go back to this shop again even if he is the last in the Valley. He charges four times ebay prices for items that are either the wrong parts or defective. He refused to refund, instead he was unhelpful, aggressive, offensive and rude. Keep away from this cook if you don’t want to waste your money and time as well your day ruined!
