These 2 men in the office acted so cringe!Whatever question I asked they would automatically say "no". Like they decided when I walked in that they weren't going to help me.Not very good customer service, but as I would expect for junk & salvage parts workers.I would hate to be them, in their shop in the back alley, breathing in all that acrid air, in the deathly heat of the Valley.

i'm in NY and was looking for a dashboard for my E-class which these people had instock. called, was given the price, and when i requested shipping, they said they wouldn't ship and that the item is no longer available for sale and they hanged up. i called back again and told them i would get someone to pick it up but they told me the item is not available and that it's sold. weeks later the item kept showing up on my searches so i kept calling to see if they would sell it to me for pick but to no avail. about week later, i called from a local california phone number and was told the item is available for sale at $900 plus $500 shipping so i told the guy that i spoke with you on this item several times and you told me it's sold. when i referenced him, he told me he wouldn't sell it to me. so i'm like you can't simply say you wouldn't sell me the item when i didn't do anything wrong or say anything bad. he then said if i want to buy the item, the price is now $2000.i woudn't advise anyone to do business with this company.

Can't say enough about this business. Dealt with Gary he's a great man, honest. I Drove from Camarillo to buy an engine for my bmw 335. Him and his crew were very helpful people. Will do this business again the future and will recommend him to friends and family. Thank you Gary!

Been getting my parts from Pride for a long time and with excellent customer service I have to let everyone know where to get their parts from. Karo was able to help me find the exact part in need in for my M3 in under a minute. Now thats customer service! Most of my parts have been for my BMW M3 but you can find literally anything in there.
