1st time visiting here after reading reviews thought I give it a chance, place is expensive to think that 1 cut water is being sold for $8.50 a can like really. The customer service sucked as well. The guy look annoyed while ringing you up.

I expected better customer service from this store, but sadly am not surprised by the lack of intelligence of the cashier and manager, who came to assist the cashier. I had a $50 gift card and was purchasing a $24.99 bottle of bourbon, which came to $27.18 with tax. I also wanted a $25 gift card, which I wanted to pay for with the balance of my gift card and cash. I was told that I couldn't buy a gift card with a gift card, which I thought was d**** but accepted. However, I suggested a couple other options, such as allowing me to put $2.18 back on my gift card. Nope. Or, I suggested reversing my transaction and just charging my gift card $25 (leaving a $25 balance on my card) and allowing me to pay the tax in cash. Nope--and here is the kicker--the reason that couldn't be done was that if they did a return of my bottle of bourbon, it wouldn't go back on the gift card, but rather would have to go on a credit card or be given to me in cash!!!!! And you cannot buy a gift card with a gift card, but you can buy something with a gift card and return it for CASH?!?!? At that point, I realized I was not dealing with high level thinkers, so I told them to forget it and left. Now, instead of having a happy shopper with a $25 gift card come back to their store, a disgruntled shopper with a $22.82 gift card will back and will spend not a penny more and will shop at another liquor store for all future purchases! My suggestions for Premier are: 1. Hire people with a high school diploma; and 2. Advise your staff to work with customers, so they are satisfied!

OPEN TILL 2AM DAILY & DELIVERS COLDEST BEERS around town if you ask me! PREFER TO PAY A FEW EXTRA CENTS HERE, than walk in a store they are putting beers in a cooler because they are cheap and not want to get a higher electricity bill. ??Amazing tequila, cognac, whiskey and vodka selection! Friendly staff!!! ?DEF RECOMMEND!! & DEF COMING BACK!!!! ?

***WARNING!!!!*** They will steal your money and charge you for something you never purchased!!! Do not shop here!!! Last night 03/25/22 @ 12:37 CST I went to Premier Liquor and purchased a small little shot of pink lemonade flavored New Amsterdam whiskey worth $2.22 and before the transaction began, the clerk double checked the price to be less than $3 and I agreed to buy it. I can barely read the receipt because of the poor quality of ink so I contacted my bank and they confirmed that I was charged $32.25 for this cheap little shot of liquor. I am so upset and what’s worse is their phone number is no longer in service so I am unable to contact them. Thankfully I didn’t even open that bottle and plan on driving there this evening.

Out rages prices on drinks, that's why u see no price on them , for a small coke they will charge u , like if it was a 2 liters,, I see no drinks for a dollar , or at least 1.50 $ the love they have for the people's, just take from the people's
