I've been a long time customer and they are always helpful, very quick, and transparent about everything. I always have a wonderful experience with them.”
“Kevin, the owner is not only extremely knowledgable, but he’s personable and reasonable as well. I’m the type that wants to know more about my car as things are getting fixed. I have an older Honda element. I brought it in to fix the vtec solenoid and when I came in to pick up the car, he had the old part there to show me before I even asked about it. There may be some mechanics that still do this these days, but frankly, that’s a great way for a curious person to instantly trust a person. Kevin is kind of a saint. Not everyone needs what I want, but I think that if you need a frank opinion on how to proceed with your car problem, he’s going to be one of your most valuable assets. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with him.”

“Victor and all the staff at the center is great. I had a flat and called early in the morning. Victor had me come in around 8am. I have a Tesla so the tires are special but that wasn't an issue for the center. I drove out of the center at around noon with both tires fixed and my car aligned. Thanks for everything! Highly recommend for all your tire and auto needs!”
“I've been bringing my Prius to Verdugo Tires and Auto Repair for at least 5 years now and I wouldn't take it anywhere else.The owner, Shant, is always accommodating, communicative, and trustworthy. There have been many times where he could have easily sold me on parts or service jobs that I didn't need at the time but he never has. This is so important to me and I feel lucky to have found him and his shop.With all that being said, the quality of the work speaks for itself. They took me right away, were honest and friendly. The man at the front who helped me even found a coupon to save me $25. They handled both issues in under 2 hours. “I met John exactly 12 years ago in a moment of desperation, my car had just broke down down the road. I was walking to find an auto shop , and destiny brought me to TNH and John. I'll never forget that day, John was very kind. Honest and helpful. He found what was wrong with my car and fixed it. He could easily have added a ton of other things to upsell me, but he didnt. He told me what exactly was wrong and exactly what my car needed. That first impression left a mark on me. Since then I have gone to John TNH for whatever my cars have needed. Oils changes, transmission work, belts and timing belts, tune ups, sensors, A.C issues with my cars and also suspension issues, John has worked on everything. Even for advise on how to do work on my cars on my own I have gone and asked John. Hes always been there for any question I've had. It's hard to find people like John , specially in this field. I'm thankful I met John, there is no one I would trust more than John working on my cars. John is an awesome trustworthy person (AMAZING MECHANIC) who I recommend to anyone having automobile issues. “Hadn't been here in years, since before the pandemic. Fernando as well as Chris did an excellent job shaping up my car with all the top-offs, oil change, tire check, etc and were both friendly, courteous and thorough in their work. They submitted detailed comments on things that needed fixing on my car (that cannot be fixed via their shop) so that I will know what to inform my regular mechanic later. Also gave me a good discount on the service. And, did not try to sell expensive oil option that I did not need, since I seldom drive the car, now that I WFH at this time.”
