In belief how this store is still in business. Starting with horrible customers service. Rude owner Judges on the spot. Assuming we’re going to still her merchandise. As soon as I walked in she glanced and ignored my greeting. Begins to inform me in a rude demeanor leave you bag at the front. I was flabbergasted I followed by telling her I have my important meds for example I have a chronic illness and have to have my meds with me at all times. Which it didn’t phase her one bit. I proceed I left the bag and made a quick purchase. I felt so embarrassed she kept scoping my area. The only reason I bought from the store is to prove a point. Not all people of colors are crooks. Good luck to this establishment!!!!!!!!

Nice selection of items but the environment is extremely unwelcoming. They watch you like you are going to steal and make you leave your things at the front. Unfortunately, it seems like this is a problem with other stores under the New Star name. Maybe they should invest in better security since they're paranoid about stealing.

New Star Moving were recommended by my bro who used them a few years ago to move her residence. The whole process was painless. I had Danny and John which were a great swift moving team! Five stars for these guys!

The day you walk into this store is going to be worst experience you've ever had. The dude with the bright red hair/ginger hair is professional but the Asian dude is basically the devil incarnate. We bought some shoes for $70 did not fit me, went back to get a bigger size (14) they did not have it. So I politely asked for my money back and was hit with sorry no money back only store credit. I did not like the shoes they had at all n none had my size but yet this man continued to tell me no money back even when they had nothing my size. Horrible rude unprofessional disgusting. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS

This worker/owner ruined my experience here I loved coming here but not anymore after today !I came in this store and I told my son he can grab whatever he wants as a early gift he grabbed a teddy bear and tossed it in the air , I told my son don’t toss anything in here you can ruin it so he put it back and saw a different one he liked and picked it up , then the man grabbed it from my son’s hand and put it back where it belongs . He didn’t even bother to say can you please not toss the teddy bear. I found it rude that he just snatched the teddy bear away from my 5 year old son. Then he said oh your going to buy it $20 I said not anymore after he took it away from you to my son and We walked out. Please respect your customers!!
