I've refrained from leaving this review because I believe in giving others chances, but this has become way too much. I've now had a total of 5 terrible consecutive experiences at MSI Sun Valley. I can no longer do business with them. The communication from our sales person to the operations employees has been poor at best. No attention to detail. Each time my contractor has gone to pick up the tile there has been major gaps. It's like they don't communicate with each other. Point being, if you want quick, accurate, and easy, this is not the place for you.

I have tried for 3 weeks to reach someone at this company to let them know the tile is discoloring and NO ONE will call me back. The route their calls to India and the reps job appears to be to shoe you off so you can't speak to someone. Expensive and terrible customer service. Buy your tile elsewherewhere.

Just hung up the phone with Dave Guthro. He couldn't have been more patient in answering my questions. Decisions around what to expect, when inventory is arriving and how to obtain samples. Thank you Dave as we take the plunge in remodeling our forever home.

I just spent nearly an hour selecting tiles for our commercial project, only to find out at the end that nothing we chose was in stock. This is incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of time. Why wouldn't they remove out-of-stock items from the shelves? It's misleading and unprofessional. While the lady assisting us was excellent and very helpful, the management is clearly lacking in organization and customer service. This experience was a huge disappointment.

I purchased material from MSI, where the proudly state that it is "WATERPROOF". This is a bait and switch promotion. We had a flood and the material states it's WATERPROOF, was not waterproof at all and MSI does not stand behind their promoted "WATERPROOF" material.

My husband and I went to check out MSI tiles in Sunland today. One of the employees at this place, Sean Alfred showed us around. He was very knowledgeable, friendly with a great attitude and a great salesman. We would definitely go back to Sean in future. Thank you Sean.

They don’t sell to the public but they have a great showroom, a lot of different options to look at and design tools to see how the countertop will look like installed.
Highly recommend to go if you are looking for a good countertop or tile

I've order from them few times. They have really good products and they are very organized. The price ok for the quality you get. Jose is my contact guy over there and he always was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend if you look for quality and good service.

I confirmed with Adrian that the correct slabs were shipped to the fabricator. I contacted customer service twice and no one would provide the receipt with the slab numbers. Adrian did finally provide this to me, and it's matching with the slab that I originally selected.

Showed up without an appointment, and Nancy did an amazing job taking us through all the countertop and slab options, explaining pros and cons, care requirements, even advising on color scheme. I highly recommend!!

Our travel from Bakersfield to visit MSI to find granite for our upcoming kitchen renovation was worthwhile. The selection in the warehouse and customer service was excellent. Thanks to Juan Vallejo for helping us navigate and narrow our discission!

After going to great lengths to pick the perfect slab for our kitchen, massive negligence took place on the part of MSI.The stone we put on hold was not what was eventually sold to our fabricator. How was he to know having provided them the exact skew? To our surprise when we walked in to see our new kitchen, the color and look of the counters was not what we expected. Crushed!Upon contacting MSI they informed us our held slabs had been sold to another company AFTER the date our fabricator picked up ours. Literally how??? Why did an employee provide a different stone when they were sitting in the showroom at the time of pickup? A relationship with a longtime customer that took precedence?Overall, this cost us over 35k for corrections, construction delays and immense hassle and stress. Further MSI refuses to take accountability which means we will be hiring a lawyer and filing a claim in order to recoup the costs.
