Buying a used car is an experience that needs patience and clear communication on both the seller and buyer. Realizing that you are not buying a new vehicle with everything factory fresh is the first step in that process. My experience with the purchase of an Audi A6 was nothing short of amazing at Mesa motors. Mosen the owner went out of his way to make me comfortable from the moment of first contact. No pressure at all. Offered a test drive to evaluate the vehicle at my leisure. When I returned with the vehicle and discussed an issue I uncovered he told me that he would take care of it and after the purchase he did just that. He also facilitated contact with a credit union for the financing of the purchase. All in all I could not be happier with everything during this process and would highly recommend to anyone come experience for yourself the before and after the sale experience of Mesa Motors.

Beware of Mesa Motors and the owner “Mosen”. He sold me a car (Mini Cooper S) that broke down one week later. The car started to sputter and lose power and the transmission was having trouble kicking into gear. The the check engine light turned on. When I bought the car Mosen said he tuned up the car with new spark plugs and that the engine and transmission were good. I took it to Magic Auto Tune in Valencia to see what was going on with the car and they said that there is a massive leak coming from the valve Cover, the Direct Ignition Coil was shot, Spark Plugs were shot and coils needed to be replaced. This was causing a misfire in the cylinder causing the car to feel like it had transmission problems. The Thermostat was also bad so they had to replace it... When I contacted Mosen (Owner) he was no help. He said to bring the car back and he would have his mechanic look at it and we would have to pay for repairs. Now... why would I do that when the owner Mosen said his mechanic tuned up the car before selling it and obviously this was a lie because the computer diagnostics was telling the mechanic I took it too that the car was misfiring because the spark plugs and coils were shot? I told him he should really pay for the repairs after giving him $8200 for the car or even half of the $2200 it is costing to repair. He said no way, that the car is sold as is and it’s my responsibility now. So now I’m writing this review in hopes that no one else gets swindled out of money like I did buying from Mesa Motors in Pacoima. The guy outright lies in your face that he checks all the cars he sells. He doesn’t even apologize and try to make it right. Run from this place.PS- Look at this guy's reply below. He says he only collected $7960 and I attached the receipt. Another Lie."8- For your record, I received $7,960.00 from you NOT $8,200.00"

Well theres something to be said about buying a used vehicle, one its used two you dont know how well the owners took care of the car. Three then its given over to the dealer and who knows how it cared for there, your hope is when you get a car that its in a working condition. So fast track from my previous review its been about a month and since then I have had to do a few things for the car that have been very costly. Right off the bat, the car needed the basics like an oil change and an alignment so there you go thats about $150. But the car needed two tires the front tires were both bald on the inside, no problem I got a good deal so the tires were about $345 with installation. The car died on me and i had to get a new battery $120 to replaces it. But today I got handed some more bad news, its the alternator now and it needs to be replaced for a whopping $600 to fix the damn thing, im stuck. Im so scared now i really dont know whats next. I think the dealership knew about the alternator but passed the cost on to me. Buyer beware at all times, bring your potential car to your mechanic and have it looked over first.
