Magic Jump Rentals were amazing! I'm so happy I found them online. The whole process of picking a jumper and renting it was great. This is a very professional and organized company. I have used magic jump multiple times a year for the past few years for all my kids birthdays. They are so easy to book. Always on time and reliable. Friendly set up and break down. They are the best!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. We got a text the night before the party saying there was a change on delivery time. Moon bounce was never delivered at change time and an hour later no delivery at original time. Finally got hold of someone after 30 mins of calling and 1 hour before my daughters party to find out the driver had gone to the wrong house and did not think to call anyone. Moon bounce was eventually delivered only because I called and called. and when I called to complain and get compensation I was told that I had made it all up and that they did nothing wrong. Delivery men were also extremely rude. Do not touch this company!!!!

Magic Jump Rentals was recommend to us by another company that didn’t have availability for the day. I’m very glad they did. The ordering process was very easy and they showed up right on time with the bounce house and picked it up same day. Will definitely use them again.

This company is highly professional and has great communication. Many times I called to change the order and they did all the way to as late as 2 days before my party. They didnt have the moon bounce I ordered since It came back damaged so they sent me a more expensive larger one for the same price. Highly recommend.

I had the Magic Jump team come out for a large event in Pasadena, CA. I was very impressed with their timeliness and ability to share on all the needed information to run their inflatables. Our guests enjoyed using these very much! we will certainly work with this team again!

Will not be using their services again. They canceled my order at 530pm the night before my sons party ! When I asked why they didn’t call in advance to give me a chance to figure out a backup plan the woman I spoke to said they sent an email. First off her attitude was extremely rude, last time I checked I was paying for their services . I read the email and no where in the email was it stating they were cancelling my order. I got my money back after paying it off in advance. Thank god I found a bounce house from SCV Bounce they saved my sons party ! If you’re looking for a great rental company check out SCV Bounce, Magic jump is just another franchise that doesn’t give two F’s about their customers they just want your money.
