I picked up a Legator 8 fanned fret. Great build quality and fret finishing. Replaced the Fishman with some Lundgren and bam, right to djent town for me!

I purchased a G7FP in 'Flamingo Pink', and though it's a nice looking guitar, there are some pretty big quality issues. First, I noticed 2 small stress cracks in the body from the screws mounting the bridge. Second, the bridge humbucker is ridiculously close to the high E string. My action isn't unreasonably set, and the humbuckers have very little to no movement with the height adjustment screws... so it seems pretty permanent. Lastly, and probably the most obvious and serious, are the fret ends. Every single fret sticks out past the neck on each side, as if they were pre-cut, set into the fretboard, and never touched, shaped, filed, or inspected before the guitar was packaged and shipped out. Running my fingers along the sides of the neck feels like driving over speed bumps.It's a decent guitar, and has the potential to be great, but given its issues, it's simply not worth the $900 price tag.

I’ve debated buying a Legator for some time now. I submitted an email inquiry and not only did they reply promptly, but the response was genuine as well. Needless to say, I’m feeling good about my purchase and I’m stoked to play my new guitar!

Fantastic instruments! Great sound, intonation, and play-ability. I'm impressed by even the least expensive of their line. One of my guitar students has a Ninja 100 PE and it has totally changed the way he plays guitar for the better.
