Went in late afternoon on Saturday. They were basically closing but the two guys there (didn't get their names) were very helpful and caring. I just needed a plumbing tape and figured they would have it and they did. Thank you guys for the help

As a c-20 contractor, this is my Go to place for all my needs. You can say it's a one stop shop. It is amazing how far above and beyond the guys go to help you out with special needs/orders. David is literally the best. Brooks is amazing, and the rest of the crew are always willing to go 100% for you. This is not for the homeowner. Don't try to shop wholesale and get mad when you are denied. THIS IS A TRADE ONLY STORE!!! for 22 years, I have had the opportunity to do business with this Jonstone suppy store. I can't see doing A/C work without them. If you are in the trade (licensed contractors) this is the place for you. If you are not in the trade(homeowners) well, stick to black market goods on ebay or amazon. I always get a kick out of joe homeowner getting mad that they can't buy parts from a (wholesale trade company). This is for contractors only guys. You can learn alot from youtube, but High Voltage repairs and Freon repairs are for licensed contractors only. back to my review. If you a need anything, these guys are the best. if they can't get it, they will help you source it!!! thanks for 22 years Sun Valley Jonstone Supply!!

After a very bad experience with this group of very bad customer service guys sitting around and not willing to sell me a furnace part in his hand, after driving to this warehouse with no customers other than me. Let me save you lots of money and bunches of aggravation, don't even think of dealing with these fools, just go to Fergusons in Santa Clarita and buy what you need and be done with the project...Unless you love to babysit a pack of fools!

Been buying from Johnstone for years. The employees are always willing and ready to help find the parts you are looking for, even if it means they have to do a little more digging. Other suppliers will not even do anything unless they get a model # and serial #. At Johnstone they always go above and beyond. So to the guys at Sun Valley, Northridge, and Valencia, Thank you for years of great service. Ps... they only sell to contractors and maintenance professionals which is great for preventing someone who doesn't know what they are doing from getting hurt or causing further damage to their equipment or themselves.
