Always feel the customer service is approached in an institutional manner, and geared towards the companies profit margins rather than customer satisfaction. When I met Vesana I was blown away with her attention to detail combined with her desire to have a piece fit the receiving persons meaningful intention. She gave me choices based on our conversation and was spot on!
