I received the headlight I ordered in a timely fashion, the part was in very good condition as described, and the packaging was the best I have ever seen on anything that has been shipped to me. I would not hesitate to call these folks again.

I was looking for some headlights for my BMW and I am so happy that I found HF auto parts. They got me the headlights at a price way less than what I had been quoted everywhere else, and the quality was like new. It took them less than 2 hours to track down a pair of headlights for me. Even though they didn't have it in stock, they made sure that I still got the part I was looking for.

I when to Honda foreign Auto parts to get some parts that I need for my car, all the personnel were very nice, polite, friendly and very professional and they have a great variety of different types of models parts, my transaction went very smoothly and fast, they're also very reasonable with prices, I understand they sell parts to different shops, they have new and after market parts if I need them of course I'll go back, thanks so much for your service.

Where to begin..... HF Auto Parts is EVERYTHING that is wrong with the used/gray market parts industry all wrapped into one terribly run business. Their business model is designed to make them the first junkyard that insurance companies call when they see that they have a part listed as "in stock," and/or "available" on the internet or through the software appraisers use to run parts locators when they are inspecting a vehicle. Therefore insurance company appraisers will use a part quoted by HF on their initial or supplemental estimates as part of what they believe can be used to repair a vehicle. 10/10 times when you call HF to purchase a part they quoted as in stock or available, they tell you that they in fact do not have the part and have to order it FROM THE DEALER. Guys I hate to break it to you but this takes all of the value out buying from your business. I would love to chalk it up to incompetence or lack of communication between their sales and inventory staff, however this is without a doubt nefarious in nature. When you're on a street with 250 other junkyards and places like LKQ and such are absolutely crushing your sales, the only way to make it work is to lie, cheat and steal apparently. I hope these people go out of business or at least become blacklisted and appraisers are told that they cannot use them anymore on their estimates. My contacts at various insurance carriers tells me that particular decision is immanent. Fell free to message me if you would like to discuss this further. I have some great pointers for you guys.

Very unprofessional. I ordered a sport model bumper for my car. Multiple times over the phone, I asked them mulitple times to confirmed to me that it was the sport bumper not the base model bumper. Drove 70 miles to come pick up and it was the base model bumper. They told me they order the bumper off the VIN. My car is a base model, however, the sport bumper fits the car. When the order was placed, I specifically told them sport bumper not base bumper. The receipt even said it was the sport bumper. Waste of time and gas.
