This is the worse place to come and purchase materials, order desk time is good but my loading time in the past 5 times average 1 hrs more or less is ridicules and even if you complaint it doesn't get better

I sense a lot of tension in that place between all the employees, it's not really a strong unit over there. The Sun Valley branch lacks leadership, I wouldn't want to shop or work there ever, it's very negative culture in there, needs major improvement all around, starts from the top!! I won't go there anytime soon

Great customer service, I went in just to scope it out . Jesus helped me out very professional and patience. I asked a lot of questions he took he's time explaining the product. I ended up buying a flex hard hat . Those ain't cheap but worth the money. He gave me lots of options and also got a neck sun protective gear. Must say I definitely recommend this store to anyone that need protective gear.
