Make no mistake, John McArthur is a Lordship Salvation Calvinist. He is NOT biblical and he is a false teacher. I'm not surprised he's famous as America is completely deceived. Also, the abuse going on in that church says it all. He is not a good man. Period.

Mi esposo y yo somos Foráneos pero venimos constantemente y amamos visitarlos, es una excelente opción si esta en busca de una Iglesia donde se predique con fidelidad la palabra de Dios de manera en que la podamos entender. Sin duda es una Iglesia Bíblica. Está la Iglesia en ESPAÑOL (ahí mismo en otro auditorio) hay 2 servicios en la mañana a las 9:00 am y 11:00 ó por las tardes a las 6:00pm en el auditorio de la Iglesia en inglés, (el servicio es en Inglés pero en caso de requerir, ellos te prestan audífonos para que escuches la traducción simultanea en Español)Son muy organizados... todo esta planeado de manera excelente!

If congregants knew how many Grace Missionary Children committed suicide from the lack of care and leadership among it's clergyThis church would be shut down and would still be rubble heap, until this dayBut because they are such neat and tidy pharisees and scribes with tons and tons and tons of money. Their beautiful palace of Solomon is allowed by liar men to continue.It's a powerful church.But for the weak children.It might as well be disguised as MK Ultra and a Christian version of MS13. That a gang. This church is a fat in knowledge version with so much fear because oh the message is so deep and expository, but their hearts are Very, Far, from the Father.I care more about my earthly fathers and mothers and brothers and sisters than to turn against them, I will turn against strangers who need no repentance who cast stones against John 8 women.And this message incites so much fear in the staff who read it.Grace will not much longer be what it once was.And could turn into a wretched Harvard and Yale and the LGBTQ+ community's playground a hundred years after the long awaited by Creation's groans in Sun Valley's death of the damage that this church does among the good that it does that does not weigh out the bad, but God, wishing that none would perish, allows this very very strange fire of a church to continueAnd as it is writtenMay God be Trueand John MacArthur, and every manbeA liarThey will be in heavenForgivenBut the price will be, very highGod knowsRepent, for the kingdom of God is at hand, once again- Jesus in 2023

Here is more proof that counseling at this church is abusive. I experienced it first hand. I truly believe in my heart it's damaging to women like the one in this article and it was damaging to me. It was emotionally, mentally and even physically damaging to me. christianitytoday.com/ne…

A strong Bible based church is hard to find in the greater LA area. This is one of them. Pastor John MacArthur does not water down scripture. He is to the point and stands for God. We came tonight to visit a Christmas concert. Free holiday event during times of inflation is a nice treat. Beautiful music that worships our Lord. Come by and check this church out.

One of the few and great churches in Los Angeles that truly preach the word of God. The expository preaching is second to none and the staff and volunteers go above and beyond in ensuring that members and visitors have a great experience, whether it's their first visit or they've been coming for years.If you could only visit one place of the almost 250 5-Star reviews I've given, this would be it, hands down!

I can't believe I just recently discovered this church. It was just right for my taste. I loved everything from their sermons to the worshipping (singing). I normally feel awkward at the other "modern churches" when they are jumping around while singing. Here they actually have an old school Choir and Hymn books and now for the first time, I am looking forward to attending the "worship service" when at other churches I didn't really mind if I was late and missed the singing part. I think I found my new church. Give a shout out to Minnie for taking me... thank you Minnie Mouse and may God bless you for being a "fisherman of men" =)

I attended pre-marital counseling classes here in the late 90's. They had different "teachers" for each weekend session. One of the teachers basically said that he didn't want his wife to work. I could understand somewhat if they had kids because perhaps they would want a parent watching the baby as opposed to daycare. But, nope, no kids. His reasoning was if his wife went to work she might be tempted to cheat. Yep, you heard that right! Isn't cheating an "equal opportunity" kind of thing? Anyone can be tempted to cheat regardless of gender but if he truly love your spouse you will "only have eyes for them" and if you really respect your partner you won't want to destroy your relationship over this. But he did say, "I don't mind if she does something like selling Tupperware. That's ok." Wow, just wow! I have two degrees and I had just got into my career in fashion design at the time. So you think I was going to just throw that all down the drain because this church says women shouldn't work?! By the way, what do they think women should do if their husband dies and they never had a career so nothing to fall back on financially? My husband passed away in 2018 and fortunately, I had a solid career established so I was not just left high and dry with no career and income. These kind of teachings are extremely dangerous. By the way, my (late) husband and I attended the other Grace Baptist Church (related to this one) in Santa Clarita. I noped out when the pastor said women shouldn't wear low rise jeans. This was at a time when you couldn't even buy a pair of high rise jeans unless you shopped in the "old lady" department. What a joke! God doesn't care about what you wear. He cares about what is in your heart and the way you treat people. Finally, when John MacArthur decided to open his church during the height of the pandemic, he broke some of the most important commandments: do not kill and love your neighbor as yourself. Allowing a deadly disease to spread with no masking and a crowded indoor megachurch is not loving and could cause the deaths of many, especially the elderly and more vulnerable health-wise. Just because he won a lawsuit on the grounds of "religious freedom" does not make it right in the eyes of the Lord. This is not Biblical teaching!

Real Church. As real as it gets. Truth speakers, teachers and community of mature believers, not perfect (no church ever is) but John MacArthur is a superb leader / pastor / teacher and the fruitsif his merits show in this church. God blessed this house of believers. Come!
