The absolute best and most valuable service to spay and neuter homeless cats. Yes, there is a protocol to be followed, and yes it is totally worth the effort.

They have useless robots rather than real humans answering their phone not to mention that they force people to waste time on useless websites..... Unbelievable....

FixNation is truly an organization that cares for kitties. This organization is AMAZING !! The staff is nice and helpful, the paperwork process is easy! Donations are welcome and VERY well deserved ! I'm so thankful to them for helping us with Trixie a feral kitten that showed up in our backyard. Took months for her to trust us and I kept researching several places to help me get her spayed before she had kittens herself. Thanks to FIxNation Trixie will be able to live her life as a free and safe cat!

Good quality people as well as service provided at a great value. I definitely recommend this place. My cat was spayed . It was a quick visit. Swift. At a low cost. What more can you ask for

I submitted my application months ago. They called me today and told me that since I did not answer the very first time they called me, that I was removed from the waitlist and to resubmit my application. Very unprofessional application process. I will go ahead and seek services elsewhere.

Amazing organization with great staff. Getting setup with them could take a while, so don't delay. Purchasing your own trap will speed up service.Great working with this organization and I look forward to continued partnership with them. We in LA shouldn't take this service for granted.

I've applied several times in their website to request services for community cats in our work facility, i have also called, left messages and receive no response, can someone please help me on how to get a hold of them. They're very close to me, but to my understanding they also don't allow people there. Thanks

PSA: Having over 17 years of experience volunteering with animals (domestic, wild, and exotics) I can firmly say that this organization is poorly run and merely operating under the guise of an animal welfare organization. Red tape and bureaucratic bs to the detriment of the cats that they purport to care about. Would certainly not recommend. Maybe try CAMP or anywhere else instead.

Used to be for pets aswell, seems like they're only spaying/ neutering community cats. And any time I call they say that they're not accepting pets at this time. Will update review again if this changes.

They are absolutely the best place to care for a cat. They have a program, no questions asked, to fix the stray cats in your neighborhood. FOR FREE! Donations accepted. They also will give them updated vaccines. I am highly thankful for their services.
