After many years of coming here, I've decided to stop because their clothes are expensive for the quality AND they don't let you try them on AND they don't do refunds. You gotta have one or the other! You can't do both! It's a shame because sometimes they have pretty cute stuff.

This store has cute clothes but too bad the customer service sucks! They would probably do so much better if they weren't rude, followed you around the store& I tried to exchange something & they didn't let me because it looked like I "wore it" like wtf that's how the item was sold to me!!!

Very bad customer service. Everything is overpriced & super cheap quality. I was not aware I couldn't return an item, the older lady said it was my fault because I told their employee to put the receipt in the bag. The employee who rang me up did not tell me the item was not returnable. I will definitely not be back.
