Deserve 0 stars I put 4 to get in the front of the line to warn consumers. Place is a full con business and they know how to talk you in and out and all round don't be fooled by charm. Took Prius in for misfire while the engine would make that horrible rumble clunking sound that it's notorious for and it could be the result of several possibilities but Joe just checked the spark plugs and coils and charged me 900+. I took the car home the next day the same problem and when I brought it back he said I never told him there was a horrible noise and continues on to say oh I know that noise it's might be the fuel injection...story tell for real. He told he was going to do diagnostic with computer that will check the, afterwards he tells the computer only test the head nothing else and the only way he knows what the problem is is if he hears the sound, what a joke. Then he tries to school me by seriously talking to me about the engine turning on in a hybrid system he tells me that's normal no s*** it's normal what's not normal is what my car is doing when I brought it into you and after I left. He's a hypocrite when I said I can't talk to you anymore we'll settle this in court he finally lost his cool and snapped and told me have a nice f***g day. What bottom feeding loser, he is very successful in terms of money but he is a bad person rotten human being good business man and he actually admitted that it wasn't the first time someone took him to court and it wouldn't be the last time so there you go and even said he personally loves going to court stay away from this place far far away it's just like any other mechanic I thought it was different if anybody knows of a good mechanic I still need my car fixed

Nothing but great things to say about this place! Joel and his guys were all amazing and fixed my car up perfectly. I got into a fender bender and my bumper looks as good as the first day I got the car! Everyone was very attentive to the details and helped answer any questions I had, and I had lots..haha. As a young Asian woman, I am wary of going into any automotive service for fear that I will be overpaying for services. However, Faith Automotive was very helpful and efficient in addressing my car issue, and most of all, I appreciate how they were professional, transparent, and respectful throughout the whole process. Will definitely be using them from now on!

Wowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww.this place is the shadiest place ive ever had the misfortune of dealing with.PLEASE RUN OTHER DIRECTION!!!! YOU CAN CALL ALLSTATE AND ASK ABOUT THEM TO. ALLSTATE IS IN SHOCK!!!!my car was at that shop from january to october all they did was tear it apart and leave it there. we asked for monthsssssssssssss (while paying payments for a 1400 dollar car) for updates, gave us the run around. oh my sons sick, oh joels not in, oh this oh that fast forward 9 months no work done, they took over 36,000 from allstate and did nothing to my car.if you are wondering why my car was left there so long because one it was tornnnnn apart, and two the owner joel said i had to pay him over 10,000 in storage fees..............i finally called allstate and allstate said we havent heard from them since may why is your car not fixed......allstate told me they are being shady and informed me to contact bureau of automotive to have them get my car outtt without being extorted. 10,000 like reallyyyyyyyyy for doing nothingggggg while im making payments!!!!!!!!the city informed me he cant ask me for money thats extortion and got my car out and to another shop.the car was resolved in november 2022 finally but these onfwlsnfwwlsfnosfinhislfnolesf kept the $36,000 that alstate gave even tho the were supposed to return it!!!! MY CLAIM CANT CLOSE UNTIL JOEL RETURNS THAT MONEY HE CASHED AND NEVER USED TO REPAIR MY CAR. that means ive been paying payments for a car I have NOT HAD IN MY POSSESSION since January 2022! JANUARYYYYYYYYYY.2022.over a snfcrwianhos year.can you imagine???? plz for a second. im paying 1400 a month for noooooooo reason because they are thievesssi have emailsi have city documents as proofi have text messages!!!!!!!! be aware and message me if you want proofso disgusting i cry all the time im just pouring money out and its a tough economy he doest give a f********** wowi cant explain the hatred i feel for joe and this shop im shaking as i type this. him and his manager literally blocked my calls.scumim not done and i wont be done until this shop returns the check they illegallyyyyyy cashed to allstate so i can close this claim.kharma. just kharma.

The Faith Automotive Inc Garage is one of the best I've dealt with. Their employees are honest and hard working. Very skilled and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I do not live in the area and was just passing through when I needed their services. They squeezed me in last minute. Joel explained the problems with my vehicle in an easy to understand manner accompanied with photos the technician took while looking under the vehicle so I could see first hand the issues with wiring.Very fairly priced and didn't try to upsell us anything. I would recommend this honest and skilled garage to any friend or family member.

My car was hit while parked in June 2022, and knowing how you can't trust many people with honest work nowadays I was selective about the repair shop i chose. I can say with full confidence that Faith Auto did a phenomenal job fixing my car, not just the repairs but also explaining everything that was going on with my insurance. I hope I don't encounter another accident or mishap out on the road but the unavoidable can happen again. I love the fact that Faith is a family owned shop with family that cares about their customers and with that being said THANK YOU VERY MUCH... GREAT WORK GENTLEMEN.

As someone who is just starting to learn about cars this place went above and beyond. I went for a pre purchase inspection of a used vehicle and they were thorough while being time sensitive. They explained what they found, how they found it, and what it means to me as a buyer before I even had time to make a confused face. Not even kinda closer to my house but will trek over here whenever I can.

I had some dents and scratches all over my driver doors, fender, bumper, and hood. My car is only about 6 months old so seeing that someone vandalized my car was pretty depressing and upsetting. You hear about after market paint jobs not being the same. I can assure you all that is not the case. Not this place. They left my car looking like new again. They even washed it for me. I was as excited to get my car today as when I first bought it. I got it 3 days earlier too! If you ever need paint or body work, you should definitely check this place out. They are legit and their work is amazing . Joel and his crew are awesome. I hope I don't ever need to use a body shop again. If I do though, this place is a no brainer.
