Another day of blowing off their scheduled delivery with ZERO NITIFICATION. IT took over an hour to finally reach someone to get them to reschedule. In the meantime, our products are being damaged by the weather because the delivery is weather proofing materials. A total lack of professionalism or care for the customer.

I ordered a garden shed from Home Depot. It was delivered by Estes. They sent only one man to deliver three very long and extremely heavy boxes. He struggled so much to even get them off the truck using a lift gate, that I videoed it in case he got hurt. (I'm the stereotypical little old lady, so I could not help.) Once he got them on the ground, it was an epic effort to get them PARTLY into my back yard before he just gave up. I was left with a back yard gate that couldn't close. I pointed out that I was now vulnerable to theft. I asked him if there was someone he could call for help. He just said "sorry" and drove away. With neighbors' help, we managed to get them inside and the gate closed. I contacted Estes by email and they aren't doing anything about it. They should not send one man in his own for a 2-man job.

Wow one star!!!! From MULTIPLE reviewers!! I have a very sentimental and important item that was shipped from the midwest from a reputable shipping company and this one is OBVIOUSLY NOT reputable.I like countless other reviewers waited all day and like other reviewers was told that they guy "forgot" to add my shipment to the truck. What are these people on crack!? (Prob)-I hope I get my delivery but after reading all these other reviews - I'm wary and really MAD that this company is handling such precious cargo!! If it arrives damaged i will definitely sue them to the max!! They are the worst and employ illegal filipinos that can barely speak English!!

Was supposed to be a delivery on October 4th, they didn't show. They texted me that it would be delivered between 8am & 5pm on October 6th, no one showed and there was no update.I have called numerous times and been told it was never "moved up to the final destination dock." Whatever that means. Assured it would be taken care of, but no one followed up. I called again, still no movement. Called again, told I would have to call the more local warehouse, even though it still had not left the first one.I called the local number and was told it wasn't yet moving, to call again in a few days (why do I need to keep checking on them to do the job they are paid for?) I just called, waited on hold for five minutes and was switched over to voicemail.If I had a choice, I never would have chosen this company. If I have a choice in the future, I will never use this company.Edit to add: the company asked me to reach out via their website, to click on chat. The website says not to use chat, but to call. Calling gets me automatically put on hold, I wait for five minutes and it sends me to voicemail. No one has returned the first voicemail, how many will it take to get someone to call me back? The vanity I paid for is not getting delivered, I cannot reach anyone, cannot get any updates. The company I bought from says it's out of their hands, which is also insane.The workers installing the bathroom cannot wait around forever for this delivery and I'll have to pay extra for them to come back out and install, then have the plumbers come back, then have the final inspection date moved out. Because of Estes.I warn others to insist on using a different delivery company. The guys are sitting on thousands of dollars of merchandise without any sign of doing their job.

Home Depot contracted with them. I took the day off work. They did not arrive. Stay away. 092923As an update, Estes asked me to email the order information to them three days after the delivery was scheduled to arrive. They did not respond to the email.Further, I called Home Depot to cancel the shipment, Home Depot attempted to reach Estes without success. Horrible. Horrible. They should not be doing business in the United States. This is worst service that I have received from any company ever.100223

Do NOT ever use this company. I was called day before delivery and said we will call you 30 minute out fro delivery. I get a text today said my heavy large basketball unit $2000 was delivered. Our house is under construction and the unit needs to be placed in a safe place in the garage rather than being dumped in the drive way.I call company at 924 am lady said let me call driver put me on hold. Driver says he has the unit and will call 30 minutes out. Then I get email it's been delivered.Bottom line I am alerting the 100 companies that I deal with, never ever use the company. I get their response from my review, says send to our email exactly the details of their mess, and guess what zero response.

I don’t know where to start. I’m Not sure why they even have a schedule delivery date because they’ve never kept the dates they’ve given me. You can call, speak with a live person, they tell you delivery date and window of delivery and then…. Crickets, nothing. And then 3 or 5 days later after multiple calls, they show up!

Just terrible CS. Just spoke with someone with the most lethargic tone and attitude. You are in CS. Please be helpful instead of making the caller feel like they are bothering you. Unbelievable.

I am a business customer of Estes Express. We placed a large freight order with them and the first day they did not pickup. I called Estes and they promised it would be picked up the next day. The next day the truck arrived and refused to pickup the freight because it was a large shipment and he said he would not have enough room to pickup our order and the next 3 pickups that were scheduled for him. I asked why it was that our missed pickup order was not prioritized over the following pickups and he had no answer and left. When I called Estes, they give me the run around and make promises that they do not keep.Estes has all of the freight dimensions and weight information prior to scheduling for a pickup, so why is it that their trucks cannot accommodate a pickup? It makes no sense to me.

They missed my pickup twice.Customer service person at 10 a.m. Yes its on board for today.Customer service person at 3 p.m. I am sorry but this is not on board for today. It will have to pickup tomorrow.Day 3 almost 3 p.m. driver no show customer service number has me on hold for 20 minutes now. This one is set by the consignee.

We confirmed our delivery within one hour of ESTES requesting of us...just to be told that we did not confirm delivery and and that we would not be receiving our delivery until the following week due to us not confirming. What??? We also tried calling in several times to get an idea of the ETA for our delivery and just to be disconnected each time we were put on hold. I spoke to Kaylee in live chat about the situation... I believe she did what she could but the situation was still left us resolve. No we are just waiting on our package to magically appear? If you are look for a freight service... get some one else to do it.

Horrible Customer Service. They lie to you to get you off the phone. Or when you call they will just hang up on you. They just keep rolling over pick ups because they don't want to go to certain areas. I have been rolled over 4 days now and they are not answering my calls. Now, they just hang up because they have no more excuses. We are no longer going to use this horrible company. Don't waste your valuable time with them.

Estes damaged our freight. Even if you buy insurance they do not cover any used material. If you ship tooling that is used they will not cover it no matter what. Damaged roughly 30k of tooling and they only pay .10 on the pound. Also don't bother with Sr. claims investigator Kelli Amador, not qualified to do the job. Personally will never use Estes again.

Your San Fernando, CA customer service rep lady who worked on Friday 10/28/22 morning at 10:43am is the rudest person I have ever met in my LIFE. She fought over the phone with me arguing I have the wrong PRO number when she input the wrong numbers after I repeat 3 times.
