Called to see if I could bring my cat in and lady was extremely rude and did not want to answer questions I had regarding my cat. Spoke to me as if I was dumb and had no interest in answering my questions. What a horrible human.
If you are looking for a veterinary clinic that is reasonably priced and amazing with the animals, The Old Road veterinary clinic in Valencia CA is the one you go to. I made this review 2 months ago and later this day I found the clinic that helped my cat. 10/10 experience with that vet.

I love them. Love their doctors, love their honesty, love that I can feel assured that they're not that other kind of vet. You know what I mean. The ones that look at every customer is a chance to strip away more money any way possible, no matter if you're already clearly having a rough time. East Valley is not like that. Honestly you should go with them for being honest vets if nothing else, but they're also kind and I feel like my cats get good care, so even though it's now a drive for my wife and I to bring our cats here since we moved away from sfv and into Los Angeles it's still worth it for us to make the trip.

I've been bringing my dog to this veterinarian for seven years, ever since she was a puppy. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been disappointing. I had to wait two weeks for test results because the clinic failed to update the primary contact information despite my request before the appointment. They ended up contacting my mom, who didn't pass on the information to me, leaving me in the dark until I insisted on getting updates from them. Additionally, I noticed a flare-up in my dog's condition and called the office for assistance. I felt that my concerns were not adequately addressed, and the receptionist seemed to cut me off quickly, making it difficult to communicate effectively. I initially chose this clinic for its affordability, but lately, I've also noticed that their prices have increased significantly, making it difficult for me to continue using their services. I hope this feedback helps improve their service and pricing for future clients.

EV vet is very helpful. The staff is caring and attentive. They are reasonable and honest. The prices for any care are affordable. My pets are always treated with care.

My family has been taking out pets here for years and now that I have my own pet I took her here when she wasn't feeling well. The staff was so accommodating even when I didn't have an appointment and Dr. Hart was so kind. She walked me through all her concerns and made sure my cat was all taken care of before she sent her home. They even followed up the next day to make sure she was alright. It was such a scary time and they made me and Peach feel very taken care of. Thank you Dr. Hart and staff!

Have taken all my animals there. Dr. Hohne and his staff are awesome and very helpful and friendly. I live far and don't mind the drive at all. Definitely recommended them to anyone.

I have been coming to this vet for years with my previous dogs and never had any issue up until recently. First I bring my new puppy in and they assumed what breed she was without asking and even after correcting them they hadn't changed it. Then I bring my cat in for a checkup and to schedule a procedure for a Friday. They changed the date of the procedure without calling and informing me of the change. I only knew due to my mom calling thinking it was for a Wednesday since I was out of town and told her she would have to drop him off. I called to confirm the appointment and asked why it was changed and Myra said it's because they don't do surgery on Fridays. I got no notice of appt change, never received any information on surgery prep instructions like no food after a certain time or drop off time. When I brought it up to the front desk's attention the day of his procedure they noticed the appointment was modified twice and stated they would talk to Myra AGAIN. When I got my cat back from his procedure the IV catheter was still on him but by the time I got home noticed this they were closed. Fortunately I work in the medical field and knew how to take an IV catheter out. When I brought him back for his stitch removal, Max brushed me off when I brought it up to his attention. No apology for leaving it on just said "on the rare occasion that it happens we have people bring their pets back the next day". I wasn't going to leave the catheter on him overnight due to blood still leaking out and it being an opening for bacteria to get into. I am very disappointed in the service that I have been getting.

Front desk staff are awful, slow, incompetent and rude. Absolutely unprofessional and uncommunicative. Brandy is obnoxious and on a power trip. I have been seeing Dr. Hohne for over 20 years, but after our last experience with a $1500 charge for a mistake on their part (retained tooth root abscess), I received all my files and will seek a new clinic that is honest, professional, and kind. Also, be aware that they allow vet techs to perform tooth extractions and do not x-ray or radiograph afterwards to ensure that the entire tooth root has been extracted. If a section is left, it can become infected and become a nightmare that is painful and traumatic. I wish Dr. Hohne would realize the harm his front staff inflicts upon his business.
