It is not possible that they ask for so many documents to open a savings account, they even ask for the death certificate, and to make matters worse they give you an appointment for two or three weeks

Chase Bank in general sucks. I had to leave the country. I was not looking at my bank accounts everyday. there were 2E withdrawals made for more than $16000. They told me since it was past the 2 months that they gave you to report fraud, They cannot investigate. They don't care about customer service. I'm gonna make an FBI report, a local police report and I'm getting a lawyer to sue them. I kept calling them to get them to investigate to see who did the E transfers and all they did would transfer me from department to department just to get rid of me.. Beware people Keep your money under your mattress it's safer for there..

Don't come here if you need cash. The " system " won't allow you to pull more than 10k and even if you requested more funds the max they give you is 10k even if the check belongs to them.

Started my business a couple of months ago, have been checking banks to see which one works for me, and came across this location because it's close to my business area. I didn't have any issues at first, scheduled my transactions on time, and followed the procedure according to the rules they gave me. But This week I'm starting to notice it's not a location I would want to do my business with at this time. Schedule ahead of time as always - But they failed to deliver and their excuse is that they didn't have one (I mean at least they were honest)Told me to come back the next day but don't have anything ready. The teller - at the time (after looking at her with utter disbelief) Paused for a second and took down my information and said she would give me a phone call when they had the time.............. I don't know about you guys but I'm just gonna take my business somewhere else. P.S. to people that read, there is a larger branch further down the street that handles their customers far better. It's close to Walmart, and they took care of me within minutes No appointment is needed.

I asked the teller to have my Chase personal check certified. She had no idea what a certified check is. She kept asking me ‘do you mean you want a cashier’s check’? I said NO, I need to have my own personal check certified by your bank!I asked her to ask someone else that might know. She asked me to wait for the manager. The lady manager had the same ignorant look...don’t you mean a cashier’s check? she said. Her mood starting to change. Finally I decided to look up the "certified check" subject on my phone and had her read the article from the Chase website. She answered with an attitude...no we don’t do that at this branch! I can almost agree if their branch don’t do that service for their customers, but certainly bank employees specially the manager should know what a certified check is!

On 11/15/22 at 10:13 am, my mother made a withdrawal and received a bill that was counterfeit. She went to make a deposit at a different bank where they took the bill from her and made a report. She came back to this bank to notify them and get her money back from them the MANAGER did not welcome my mother in to her office because she was HISPANIC and did not speak ENGLISH. My mother was told it was not there issue and to call the 1-800 number to get assistance. Customer service helped her and she had an appointment at a different bank. The second chase bank told her they wouldn't want to loose her business since she has been a customer service for over 20 years. So she returned to this bank were she once again asked to speak with the MANAGER and finally she decided to get an employee that can translate. My mom was finally able to get the issue resolved. But this manager continued to be RUDE and told her she would give her a marker so she can check all the bills and make sure they are not counterfeit. EXTREMELY RUDE!!! IT'S 2022 YOU CAN USE GOOGLE TRANSLATE AND HELP A CUSTOMER. My mother lost 6 hours going from bank to bank trying to get this resolved. Were is the compassion for CUSTOMERS... I hope she can get some CUSTOMER SERVICE classes to better assist clients in the future.
