“Deserve 0 stars I put 4 to get in the front of the line to warn consumers. Place is a full con business and they know how to talk you in and out and all round don't be fooled by charm. Took Prius in for misfire while the engine would make that horrible rumble clunking sound that it's notorious for and it could be the result of several possibilities but Joe just checked the spark plugs and coils and charged me 900+. I took the car home the next day the same problem and when I brought it back he said I never told him there was a horrible noise and continues on to say oh I know that noise it's might be the fuel injection...story tell for real. He told he was going to do diagnostic with computer that will check the, afterwards he tells the computer only test the head nothing else and the only way he knows what the problem is is if he hears the sound, what a joke. Then he tries to school me by seriously talking to me about the engine turning on in a hybrid system he tells me that's normal no s*** it's normal what's not normal is what my car is doing when I brought it into you and after I left. He's a hypocrite when I said I can't talk to you anymore we'll settle this in court he finally lost his cool and snapped and told me have a nice f***g day. What bottom feeding loser, he is very successful in terms of money but he is a bad person rotten human being good business man and he actually admitted that it wasn't the first time someone took him to court and it wouldn't be the last time so there you go and even said he personally loves going to court stay away from this place far far away it's just like any other mechanic I thought it was different if anybody knows of a good mechanic I still need my car fixed”

“I just got my 2012 Honda Pilot repaired from Setco Auto Body after a collision and I was so amazed on how the repair was unnoticeable, it looks like it just came out from the car dealership. Marlene, Carlos and the rest of the staff at Setco Auto Body are awesomely the best. “Reading some of the 1 star reviews is quite amusing. Some people call this Shell station's pricing misleading when the sign literally says "with wash" beside each of the prices, and this is far from a new practice of advertising the lowest price possible with the conditions. Another comment complained about a car wash not being honored after it expired. Girl, that's not the stations fault, that's yours; I bet you get mad when the grocery store doesn't accept expired coupons.Anyways, this Shell is what you'd expect price-wise given the good quality of gas and heavily trafficked location. The inside is clean with good variety for snacks and beverages. The staff is comprised of your average, run of the mill gas station workers--dead on the inside, a listless gaze failing to hide the tortured soul behind their eyes--exactly what I seek when purchasing my high fructose corn syrup filled beverage and diabetic coma inducing snacks.I would rate 4/5 but I figured 5/5 would help average out those people who rate 1/5 due to their own entitlement.”
