The following is a letter I sent to Mark and Jackie: Date: 07/20/2022 From: Pam and Mike Boehret To: Jackie and Mark Best Quality Auto Sales 8553 San Fernando Road Sun Valley, CA. 91352 Dear Mark and Jackie: This letter is to thank you for all of your support surrounding the sale of the 2009 Tacoma you sold us a few weeks ago. After purchasing the truck from you with a 30 day warrantee on the drive train, I took the truck to the Toyota dealer for a thorough inspection. They itemized a list of over $5000.00 worth of recommended repairs for everything imaginable. When my wife and I came to your office to discuss the matter, you quickly told us not to worry about the repairs and that you would take care of the problems. You sent us to your mechanic. Needless to say we were concerned but hopeful we had not purchased a lemon. True to your word (and no doubt you lost money on the deal) you paid the mechanic to replace all of the parts Toyota said needed to be replaced. Your mechanic, Gabe, was the nicest man and a pleasure to work with. He will be doing all of our service work in the future. Thank you again. We just bought a 2007 Chevy Suburban from Best Quality Auto Sales and it has been truly a blessing for our family. We are first time buyers and Mark has gone above and beyond by fixing some things after we've bought it. He reassured us the truck we bought is a good truck, which as a first time buyer it is your biggest worry. He has been great, though, in answering all of our questions with a great attitude and has been helpful in every way he possibly can. We are very thankful we bought this car from them. We've searched all over and this was the best deal for us. Mark is really good people. Thank you Mark!

I had went in with my husband to buy a used car but when we were talking to the finace manager he was so rude! I had a previous repo and i had explained if he could help me out and he told me " well you shouldnt have got a repo" didn't want to work with us at all even with a 2,000 down payment. very very rude! also said to come back with a 6,000 down payment?! it also says it on the building "no credit ok" "no liscence ok" false advertising!!!And as you can see by his response below, he said I dont have a real job and a DUI I AM A HAIR STYLIST I HAVE A REAL JOB & I DO NOT HAVE A DUI OR A SUSPENDED DRIVERS LISCENCE LOL JUST A REPO. PEOPLE LOVE TO PUT YOU DOWN WHEN THEY HEAR THE TRUTH! YELP IS FOR HONEST OPINIONS SORRY YOU DIDNT LIKE MINE (:and after we bought a car at another dealer in less than 2 hours right after!
